First, I want to say, never saw this promo & timing is on Friday, at 8pm! I missed it, but it's going to be on today, Saturday at 8pm. So then I could talk to you about the contestants!

Wow, I didn't even realize that Hell's Kitchen was beginning again this week. I only found out about it when I noticed it had been recorded by my DVR. Have not watched the episode yet, but looking forward to it!

Kevin should've gone home I thought, but we'll see what happens throughout the season. Had no idea it was starting again and just happened to see that it was on when checking the guide. Too many shows moving to Friday!

The Asian guy was on point with the dumplings! Too bad his team lost a challenge! The girls was messed up for dinner service! I was also asking myself, where was Vanessa! Spotted her later, I guess the limelight was not on her. So Shar, I think, went home....I have to write these contestants names down.

Oh that's great! So we can talk about it and what your likes are Lately I am starting thread and writing what I want to say. Did you know that Hell's Kitchen, NOW MOVED TO WEDNESDAYS! Its on my DVR and I have to watch it! So I guess the ratings was lower on Friday with no promotion. I thought the whole show stated in March...anyway, see you then!

Well the show moved to Wednesdays!......There was a communication challenge! And the guys won! They won the dinner service as well! The girls did horrible! Jackie is a smart a*ss. Messe threw out the food. Thought Manda, was good from the get go. But she sucked at dinner service! Vanessa...well she was not supposed to go home, but Ariel made her the scapegoat, so she went home. Vanessa...well it was a good laugh moment, but she couldn't get it together! I wonder who will be, the next scapegoat? !???!

i think that marine, frank(?), will be the next to go, he thinks he's too good to use the recipes he's given.

seriously, most of them would get tossed out of my work kitchen inside of a week because they DON'T know how to handle themselves or the food or the recipes.
one of my rules is following my recipes EXACTLY. consistency is everything in the restaurant world. another of my rules is calling back the order, if you can't do that, you're gone. my waitresses have been trained to call tickets and they don't leave the kitchen until they hear that callback.
