Where is Castle?

I know some shows have not come back from the winter hiatus yet, but even taking that into account, I do not see Castle anywhere on the schedules

Update on when Castle returns. It is now February 8th. I guess with all the football and specials, it's been moved till the following week.

I've watched this show from day one and always marvel at how fresh and current it is. The imagination of the writers, the actors/actresses...........perfection!!

Castle has not shown up on my schedule for 2-3 weeks; checked this Monday's guide on my PVR and a different show is listed, but have also checked online on the channel (CTV) that I watch it on and it is listed ... as well as the last couple of weeks. Very confusing and frustrating.

^^^I found Castle on the NBC station instead of CTV which is showcasing new shows. Check on your PVR for Castle at the 10 P.M. slot.

For sure? I can't imagine it carrying on without her - the show does centre around her & Castle's relationship.

Just reading about it; in addition to the fans being upset, some of the other stars are as well. It doesn't sound as if it were her choice, just not asked back. Makes no sense to me - she is half of the show JMO. Tamala Jones is also out.

Have read from time to time that Nathan Fillion & Stana despise each other; I take such rumours with a grain of salt. Hard to imagine them doing so and being able to create the amazing chemistry they have on screen.

I think this will be the last season ....Jon....when they start breaking up the cast like that ...it's never the same

I've always enjoyed it too PP. I don't know what they are thinking; but I have to say, I did feel differently watching this week's episode just because I had already read both this thread and all the reaction about Stana not returning. In fact, her screen time seemed reduced this week; and a focus on the Hayley character ... and that already took away from my normal interest. IF they do bring it back for S9 (and it is reported that Nathan F has been negotiating), it may be a new format - e.g. him doing his PI work - speculation. But I would have no interest.
