Addiction metaphors: decent. Vampires: unoriginal and boring. I'm on the fence so far.
There was so much buzz about the first episode that I was on the edge of my seat for it. I wasn't surprised, I wasn't amused, I wasn't scared, I wasn't freaked out.... I wasn't any of those things I generally am on the first episode of the season. I wasn't even (still not) anxiously awaiting the previews of, or the actual next episode. Perhaps after the next ep. I'll feel different....

i am dying over the art deco sets...i NEED to find out what hotel they're modeled on!
and i LOVED the first episode, especially"schmidt from new girl"'s character, BRILLIANT acting!Comment

I know that I'm going to Hell in a hand basket for watching this show, but it's fascinating and the art deco helps me through most of the killings (if that makes sense
). Some very good acting as usual.

if you have On Demand with your cable company, the have a special section that explained the set of the hotel.
Basically every season has focused on different aspects of a coven.Comment
