I'd like to Make Poll How do you this?

I wanted to make a poll about Nell and the family heirloom ring she has.. like should she give it back or keep it.. or talk to a priest or have a family meeting? I tried but I don't know how to make it.. Could some one teach-me step by step what to do? Please.

When you create a new thread and scroll farther down below where you create the thread title, etc., you should see an option for adding a poll. Just click the box next to that option and follow the steps. However, you may not yet have enough posting history to create any polls yet. SOC's owner doesn't enable that feature until a poster has been on the site for a certain period of time and with enough posts under your belt (numbers unknown to anyone but him), so you may need to wait a little longer. If you aren't able to see any poll option when you're creating a new thread, it's probably because you don't quite have the post numbers yet.

I want to mention here, too, that polls take up more posting space than regular threads do, so we do not permit polls on frivolous topics, such as "which couple do you like better", "who's the hottest actor on the show", etc. A poll that adds an additional layer of discussion to a controversial storyline topic is fine, though.

Okay Thank you so much...I don't have enough posts but I will keep in mind the type of poll I make... would the poll i would have created above in question been correct for poll?

Yes, I think it probably would have been an acceptable poll. We judge each poll on its own merit at the time, but if it's meant to provide an additional element to an otherwise strong thread discussion, on a provocative storyline, then it's probably going to be okay. If in doubt, you're always welcome to contact a moderator and ask...
