Trouble deleting my subscribed threads

In the past when I wanted to subscribe to a thread, I did it through my email and then deleted email. Last week, I decided to do it through my control panel. Now I have a whole bunch of threads that I cannot delete in my profile. Does anyone know how to do this? The threads are under my name soaps4jane and also subscriptions. If I continue to subscribe through control panel, I will have OMG a whole lot of threads that will just keep piling up in my pc.

Go into "settings" and click onto "general settings", under "my account" in the left menu. Look for the "messaging and notification" section in "general settings". There's a small window where you can set your subscription preferences. If you no longer wish to receive subscriptions, scroll to "do not subscribe", and that should undo your earlier selection.
