Why are private messages disabled? [MERGED]

I would like to know the following please....

Why my admistrator has disables my private messaging?
{Your administrator has disabled private [COLOR=green !important][COLOR=green !important]messaging[/COLOR][/COLOR].}


Why when I post something and go to my profile and click see all post it will only show post that I have made that day but no longer show my previous post.

and why that also happens to threads the I have subscribed to?

Private messaging has never been enabled for anyone. Messages can be left in other posters' profiles or you can send them emails through the site's system, if they've enabled the feature to receive them.

Current posts can be searched, but those that have already scrolled off the boards will no longer be visible.

Heey since I posted this thread~ I now have been receiving my post to my subscribe threads in my email which I like very much and when I got to my profile and click see post they are ALL there!! Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah

Is it just me or have my posts been disappearing? I started posting comments recently inside of threads (I haven't started any new threads or anything) and when I revisit the thread my comments are nowhere to be found. I don't believe anything I've posted to be offensive. What happened?

If you ever want to know why a post or thread was removed, you need to contact one of your board moderators (privately through email) as soon as possible, and he/she will be happy to answer your question.

Private messaging has never been enable; posters are able to leave public messages in profiles or email other members of the site privately, if those members have enabled the email feature.

I don't know what features are automatically part of the site's structure, but it's possible that the private messaging option is something that comes with vBulletin and the site's owner simply chose not to enable it, given the sites many other features that he's already provided. It's a bit like some of the features that automatically come with a new computer, but not all of them are used.
