  • How to quote a "comment"

    How do you quote a specific "comment" in a response? That is, a poster responds to the OP's topic, and within their response, multiple "comments" are made. How do you quote a specific comment to answer it separately. Hope that makes sense.

    The only way I know to quote a comment that's inside a post is to highlight the portion you want to quote (please don't quote the entire post unless it's very short), paste it, put quotes around it and then respond. You might also want to add the @ and the username for the person you're quoting, either before or after the quote. Maybe geraldine123, you posted: "How do you quote a specific "comment" in a response?", and then your reply.
