CLOUDFARE Security Message

Over the past few days you may have received a "Checking if the site connection is secure" message when accessing the site. This is perfectly normal and not cause for alarm.

This message indicates that the server is confirming that the SSL (the "s" that you see in the https before web addresses) security is, in fact, secure. This is not some sort of advertisement and it is not some sort of nefarious hacking.

Cloudfare, which is a provide of web hosting and security, has recently added this layer of security on the Soap Central message boards platform as an added layer of security.

The message may occur any time that your browser makes a new connection to the boards. The message may also stop appearing at any time as the process is further integrated into the boards.

    Message that my Comment required a Moderator's approval

    This just happened to me about 10 minutes ago.
    I made a Comment to a post on the Y&R forum .. and after I posted it .. the thread "moved up" to the top of the board & and at the top of the thread there was a yellow Message Bar .. telling me my Comment had to be approved by a Moderator.

    That sounds a bit like what I and others have experienced, We are getting a message that our post has been 'flagged for spam and has to be approved by a Mod.'

    I haven't struck your problem though.

      OMG .. this is just too funny .. 'cause it was YOUR post on the The Scoop thread (about Traci lashing Kyle with a wet noodle) that I was trying to send you a Comment on .. Lol lol

    Holly....apparently we can't quote on a comment.

    That is funny...sort of 'synchronicity.'

    Please tell me what your reply was, (as long as it was nice LoL,) just in case it is now condemned to float around in cyber space.

      I just tried again .. and this time .. it let me Comment.
      It was just a mundane Comment .. nothing to lose any sleep over .. Lol

      No .. we can't quote a Comment .. but .. if you use the Comment box in the post .. it will show up as Comment #2 (or whatever number the next Comment should be).

    Did this work? i wasn't sure where the comment box in a comment post was. I'm struggling with learning all the new 'bells and whistles,' but enjoying them.

    P.S. Nope...that didn't work...my post ended up separately as a new post...what am I doing wrong?
