EXACTLY Silentfan He'd always have to look over his shoulders to keep track of her and reign her in. He doesn't have the desire to waste his time babysitting this unstable, volatile woman no matter what her skills are. Is lying a skill?

I like the idea of Phyllis and Adam starting their own company together! They are both great at what they do and make a business a huge success, but Adam would have to get NE and NM out of his system and I just don't think that he can, but I like your idea OP.

No. Phyllis and Adam should be working inside of Jabot or NE. In the good old days, all these business folks were mainly in Jabot or NE and all the shenanigans started there.

Why they tried to work together before and it didn't work . Phyllis doesn't have a lot of money anymore so she would be of no use to him .

When they worked together at Dark Horse she dismantled the company by selling all their assets to Victoria so she could return them to Nick and Adam tricked her on the hotel she thought she was keeping for herself and sold it to Abby and left Phyllis with a run down hotel in Detroit or somewhere. I don't see it working any better now.

I don't think it would work out either, but it could be fun watching them scheme against each other. In the previous storyline you mentioned, it did demonstrate that Adam can be clever and cunning as a businessman when the scripts allow it.

All of the characters only do what the scripts allow. It is not just Adam.

Too many new companies. This is a big part of the show's problem. Along with too many random C-Suite job roles being handed out like candy.

I would like to see Phyllis and Adam work together on something. But not necessarily those two creating a business to run together. I don't see it working out and I have no real desire to see Phyllis own a business, especially with this head writer, who cannot properly put together cohesive business storylines.

I literally just want to see Phyllis do her thing in the IT field. I really don't get why they refuse to properly commit to this.
