    Why does Victor control SNA?

I missed something somewhere in all these convoluted business stories. Sharon inherited a company and brought in Nick and Adam as partners. How did Victor get control of it? All three of them know better than to involve Victor in their company. It's a mystery to me.

And another thing ... If I had a dollar for every time the words "Newman Media" are said in the dialogue, I'd be richer than Victor!

I think I've missed something as well as to how Victor has his hands all in SNA. Did he help Adam financially to purchase Tucker's company? Can't remember.

I’m speculating. But with its soon to be outdated technologies, I’m guessing Sharon’s company is not worth much.

Adam runs Mcall not Sharon's company and Victor owns Mcall the merged company if it even happens will be Adam's company that Victor bought and Sharon's company and they said Sharon's company is very outdated and not worth much

There have been no final papers signed.
      TGVN thinks he runs everything.

I don't think that Victor controls it yet. It is all based on the completion of the merger between Sharon's company and McCall...then folding them both into Newman. Based on the previews, Sharon has the ability to pull out. But it all remains to be seen.

I am already tired of this whole story time to take a break I just can not take anymore of the constant dump on Adam and Victor acting like the snakes Audra and Nate are just the best thing since sliced bread and Nick and Sally literally make me sick and please just stop this whole Jack and Ashly battle

Writers need to tune things up and bring some suspense to the storylines. Audra and Nate need to get their comeuppance. And in order to make things interesting Ashley needs to get the upper hand on Diane. Also, Victor needs to burst Kyle’s bubble.

Yeah, this whole SNA merger drama is just nuts. I knew from the beginning that the idea of Sharon, Nick and Adam working together was a bad idea. Yeah, I believe Nick and Sharon could work together, but adding Adam to the mix was just not wise. Then you have Adam wanting to bring both Phyllis and Sally to the mix who will just contribute to the madness. Yes, this is a soap, but come on, this story line is just beyond bearable.

The writers are just trying to create angst. Adam is a bright guy and in real life he would tell Victor to shove it and start his own business. This sl is ridiculous imo.

Is Victor so dumb he can’t see what Nate and Audra are doing? There must be a revolving door at the ranch, every time you turn around Nate or Audra walks in.

As it stands no one but Adam wants to challenge Victor. Adam has good ideas but because he is Adam... Adam of course doesn't help. He is being written as a brat who refuses to compromise.

Nick and Sharon know they have a good thing but are too afraid to stand up to Victor.

Victor has created this mess. If he would share his plans maybe Adam wouldn't go off the rails. He knows Adam hates being blindsided but he has to play The Great Oz.

From the conversation Victor had with Nate, it sounded like the three didn't come up with a solid plan. Why, if they are supposedly good with business? And where is Phyllis? The tech wiz. Why are they not putting her to use to better Sharon's company?

I am hoping that is exactly what Nick and Sharon do they bring Phyllis on board the Tech whiz and she will help them get the company to where it is supposed to be it makes no sense for them not to neither one of them knows nothing about Tech

I wish Victor would just get off the show. I can't help but wonder how much nicer Y&R would be without him. I never hated him as much as I did when he ruined Sally's career-- a woman who recently lost a baby. Victor Newman is the devil. He even hurts his own children, especially Adam.

Victor bought McCall and asked Adam to run it for him. Adam has no ownership. Sharon proposed the merger first to Adam and then Victor. She said Kirsten needed McCall. She must have realized it was outdated. It depends on where they are on the merger if she can pull out.

They haven't officially merged yet and I'm already tired of this company. I wish Sharon would pull out of this merger and approach CW, if she feels she needs a bigger corporation to back her

These 3 are supposed to be smart, savvy, shrewd business people. Well, most of them. So why, in all that would make sense, would any of them agree to run a company together? Especially one the TGVN has his greedy hands in. The writing of this story is so off the wall they should dig a big hole and bury it.
