Nate and Devon don't agree on Nate's COO role at Chancellor-Winters. Devon believes Nate's job is to support Devon's vision and plans. Nate believes he is is supposed to come up with new project ideas. So I went online and found this Chief Operating Officer job description:
"The COO – sometimes known as the vice president of operations – is typically the second in command in a company and reports to the CEO. This person manages and handles the daily business operations of the company, working closely with department heads and supervisors to support the day-to-day activity of employees."
That doesn't sound to me like developing new projects. Nate needs to back down and learn.
