CLOUDFARE Security Message
Over the past few days you may have received a "Checking if the site connection is secure" message when accessing the site. This is perfectly normal and not cause for alarm.
This message indicates that the server is confirming that the SSL (the "s" that you see in the https before web addresses) security is, in fact, secure. This is not some sort of advertisement and it is not some sort of nefarious hacking.
Cloudfare, which is a provide of web hosting and security, has recently added this layer of security on the Soap Central message boards platform as an added layer of security.
The message may occur any time that your browser makes a new connection to the boards. The message may also stop appearing at any time as the process is further integrated into the boards.

Imani has been eyeing Nate from the beginning and others have noticed it, too. I've always like Nate and Elena together. If they put Imani with Nate, I'll be fast forwarding Nate/Imani scenes. I hope Nate stays with Elena and wish they would get a storyline of their own, too. Nate is better working in the medical field, too (I am not even interested in the whole Devon/Lily/Nate/Billy business talks scenes at all, Fastforwarding so far). Nate, Elena, and both of them in the medical field is way more interesting.

Imani needs a serious smack down. Not talking physical smack, just emotional smack down from Nate. I hope he doesnt do anything stupid. Why do men have a hard time seeing the forest for the trees? And what's Imani doing in Nate's apartment trying to seduce him with a shower? Who does that? Yeesh.. What a low class snake.

Imani ain't playing! I bet that shower suggestion scene is a dream. She is stunning ascending that staircase in that scene though. Nate biting his lip contemplating the offer is some soap opera storytelling. I am a fan of both women and happy to see them getting some fun stuff.

I tend to think it is probably a dream too.

But back to the women - they make the story. Nate is the "pretty" object of attention, but the women's conversations and reactions have - so far - been telling the real story.. The fun part. Started last summer with Elena's "two forks" comment and it continues. It's more serious because it can't all be fluff.Last edited by Moore ideas; May 29, 2022, 11:07 PM. Imani is a horrible witch what kind of a women goes after another womens man like that how desperate and sad do you have to be this is not fun to watch at all so how would people feel if it was someone like Nick she was throwing herself at when he is with Sharon would you still think she is so great.

In situations like this, it's up to the man to keep other women away. I like Imani, but she wasn't on enough, so I stopped watching right before Victoria's wedding in Italy. Imani has so much potential, and she needs more air time. Imani and Nate would be home together, because that Elena is just so bland.

No it is not Nate is a jerk. Looks like Elena is one of the actors who is leaving

If there is no story to be told or tolerated with these characters then we don't see them. Who knows where this is going.

I think you are saying that we need some soapy behavior and, if we don't get it, the characters aren't seen. For that reason, I like that this story is finally giving Elena and Nate (especially Elena) something to do. However, at the same time, I understand the negativity toward Imani because I think she came in too strong with her loud, spoiled, pushy behavior being overdone and with her disrespect for Elena and for committed relationships being unpleasantly exaggerated. .
You are right in saying we don't know where this is going and I can think of several directions for these characters.

I want to see the characters. I get that they can't just hold hands and skip around Chancellor Park everyday. They have to deliver drama from time to time or we lose interest. We know Imani is there to be angst for the couple. She's a character made for soaps. Her exchanges with her sister are entertaining. I'm sure the actors want to show their range and that means not just standing around sipping tea.

But I want even more than that. I also want to see the actors really "being" their characters - not just "doing" things. I want some grit, intensity and strong emotion. I want scenes like the day after the cheating reveal when Nate barred his soul to Elena about how long he had wanted her. Powerful stuff, I like happy endings, but, in the meantime, I want scenes where actors explore their characters' deeper emotions - and make us feel them. I've always said that I can never fully invest in a character until that character can make me cry - as well as laugh - with him or her.
So sign me up for drama and for serious range as well as the fun stuff. Right now, there is nothing between Nate and Imani to bring this kind of drama. But, with their history, there sure is for Elena and Nate.Last edited by caitie; May 30, 2022, 01:56 PM.
