That's what it looks like to me, something is going on with him. Could it be that now that he is mainly better that he regrets giving over partial custody of Dom to Devon? It sure looked like he was having a problem with Devon and Abby being so chummy over the child. I wonder if Chance will want to reverse that decision and they will all end up in court

Right now, I want Chance to walk away especially when Abby made the comment that Dominic gets his athletic arms from Devon. It’s a good thing Chance didn’t hear Abby going on and on about Dominic’s expressions looking like Devon’s.
This whole story is crap and Chance needs to be free of the nonsense. Chance should hook up with Amanda. They can make their own beautiful baby.

Chance can't father a child, at least last we heard. Before he left on his mission, he went to the doctor to make his contribution toi the baby that Mariah was to carry for them. The doctor said that it was a no-go, because Chance's sperrn count was too low. It's possible that could change, the doctor said. But that's what led to Devon being the sperm donor.
If Chance and Abby do break up, I see him gravitating to Chelsea. They have been friendly with each other as of late, and they might bond over the loss of Rey.

When Devon did what he did, I was hoping that would happen too, but look at all the comments we hear from some of the resident's of GC about how Dominic has Devon's expressions or he has his eyes or something else... it looks like Dominic may just end up being Devon's son after all, but this is a soap opera and anything can happen. -
zenmaster5 I've never understood when people say babies have one person's trait or looks. I think NIkolas Cassadine on GH summed it up best when he sad "All babies look like Yoda to me." -

Chance definitely has a problem with Devon and I completely understand it. To come upon your wife being cozy and chummy with the biological dad will cause you to feel some type of way. Abby and Devon were bonding over Dominic. I feel for Chance because he has come along ways with his therapy and now back at work successfully only to still have to deal with the fact that he isn't the bio dad and has to deal with the bio dad being in the picture constantly. I just hope this doesn't set Chance back with all the progress he has made. This also may cause problems in Abby's and Chance marriage having to put up with Devon being a constant in their lives. Chance may just want to revisit the custody agreement which may not go over so well with Abby or Devon. We shall see.Comment

I never ever thought it was over. I fugured it to be on hiatus until some of the Ashland thing got over and the wedding and Rey's death. Now they can go back to it and deal with it again..I hope they wrap it up this time.Originally posted by Angeldar View PostComment

There is plenty to wrap up. They can have Chance having problems dealing with Devon being the father, he can be having an issue with himself for giving Devon partial custody, they could find out that Devon is not the father..they could find out that Dom belongs to no one except unknown donors or donor..they could have Abby become involved with Devon and them wanting to raise the baby together...there is so much that could be written further on this so why is there nothing to wrap up? I think there are many of us who feel we were short changed on this storyline and so far, if this is the end, it is a crappy one and I think we deserve better. I still say this story is not over. -
sorry, but I do not think this storyline is wrapped up.at all...I respect your opinon that Dom/Devon is a done deal but I do not beleive it myself......there are many things that can still happen over this even if they leave Devon to be the father, which I can only hope they don't...that's my opinion.

The baby story is back and worse than ever.
First, poor sick PTSD Chance is all pro-Devon and Abby isn't, and now Abby bonding with Devon and Chance isn't feeling it. Oh NO! ???
We are supposed to watch this silly "drama" for the life of this kid?
I don't care if they all get along, or they never get along, I don't want to watch any of this stupid, stupid, stupid, story.Comment

Chance is better now since his therapy. Now that he’s connecting more with Dom, he’s jealous over the bond Dom and Devon share. No matter where they go with this storyline, I don’t enjoy it at all.Comment

And he always will. Abby didn't plan this well and should have waited for Chance to come home
before having a kid with sperm count. Now Devon wants to be the kids full time daddy and can
see jealousy happening around Chance. Can't really blame him. The connection his hard to

So Abby still is not seeing Devon as the snake he is? Then she deserves the lifetime of misery he is going to cost her. She has done nothing but make one terrible decision after the other. I think Chance is realising that he made a mistake to hand over custody to Devon. At the time, he had severe mental health issues and simply could not get into that baby. Now that he is better, I don't think he wants to share his child with someone else, especially a bio father who was only supposed to be a sperm donor. I think if this thing went to court, that there would be a possibility of that contract of shared custody being ripped up since Chance seems to be better now. I want to see this thing go to court.Comment

I don't believe Chance regrets his part in giving Devon shared custody. I think he is envious of the bio connection Devon and Abby share over Dominic. That bio connection between the two bio parents was inevitable. The connection really has little to do with the legal agreement Chance signed. Dominic would still share genetic traits with Devon.
