CLOUDFARE Security Message

Over the past few days you may have received a "Checking if the site connection is secure" message when accessing the site. This is perfectly normal and not cause for alarm.

This message indicates that the server is confirming that the SSL (the "s" that you see in the https before web addresses) security is, in fact, secure. This is not some sort of advertisement and it is not some sort of nefarious hacking.

Cloudfare, which is a provide of web hosting and security, has recently added this layer of security on the Soap Central message boards platform as an added layer of security.

The message may occur any time that your browser makes a new connection to the boards. The message may also stop appearing at any time as the process is further integrated into the boards.

    Happy Anniversary to the Abbott Sisters!

    Happy anniversary to Eileen Davidson and Beth Maitland, who both celebrated their 40th anniversary with the show! There was an on-set celebration that some posted pics of yesterday.

    Now Y & R, give these two talented ladies SOMETHING TO DO!

    I know $ is an issue with this show, but as much as I love Peter & Jack, I'm tired of every Abbott story revolving around him. Give Traci and Ashley something to do, besides play 'listener and defender to their brother, it's insulting, they are both fully form characters (thanks to their talent and to Bill Bell who created them) t's not that difficult!

    Good for them. I remember when they came on the show. The thing I don't understand is why people keep saying there are dollar issues and no budget. How does anyone really know that? Because they don't have a home for everyone and because they don't spend big dollars on unecessary scenes but can get the point of the storyline across with less? I don't know where that comes from unless it's actually been put out for the public to see that "we have no money". They spend money where needed, like on this wedding. That was beautiful and on clothes for some of the actresses who are dressed high end on every episode. I don't base my own judgement on their budget. Also, perhaps those two girls don't want more air time and are busy doing other things.

      I don't think Eileen wants any more story. She has made that pretty clear. Beth I think would love it and so would I. I hope there will be special episodes to celebrate them too.

        They should be celebrated on their 40th anniversary with show. I bet it was a fun celebration with them and the cast.
        I would love to see them both in more storylines on the show but I too remember Eileen Davidson saying that she wanted to spend more time with family, but it's nice when we do get to see her from time to time.
        Beth Maitland definitely should be on the show more. I wonder what happened to the project she was doing with ChanceCom that Lily hired her for? May be Lily can still find a place for Traci with Chancellor/Winter's
