Did anyone notice Chance dancing in the background at the wedding having a blast? ?

In the middle of the episode he was really getting into the groove with Abby. At the end he was doing "the mummy" dance or something. Then Chance & Nate were jumping up and down in the back. I kept rewinding thinking was that Chance? What is he doing? ?

New Chance reminds me of a young Billy Miller when he first came to play Billy Abbott. Conner Floyd seems to possess that same energy to ham it up.

Whoever was writing when Billy Miller came to show captured the actor's energy and put it into Billy Abbott the character. They should do the same thing with Chance.

OP- I thought how lighthearted Chance appeared too. And, after all the shows with him sitting under the dark cloud it was good to see. I hope this is the beginning of Chance coming out of the darkness of his ordeal.

I saw that too! Chance was having a blast and so was Nate. Nick was having fun too! Moses and Kyle was dancing and having fun. It sure looked like Noah and Elena were doing some kind of dance move together. Noah seems to really be into Elena from my observations. Chance I think takes tops honors on the dance floor. He really seems like if you hang out with him, you are going to have a blast!

Kyle and Elena? Or do you mean Noah and Elena? Noah is the only one who seems desperately in need of a romance or a partner at the moment as everyone else seems happy with their current couples … I hope Allie and Noah get a new chance at hitting things off though.

Thank you couplingchick for helping me to see my error. Yes, I was trying to say Noah seems to be really into Elena. I was thinking back on some scenes where Noah just seemed interested Elena and now at the wedding on the dance floor too, but I agree with you about Allie and Noah. It would appear that she will be Noah's new love interest which I am okay with too!.

Haha, I didn't see your thread but just wrote the same thing on the wardrobe thread. Chance was like a different person! I hope this is a turning point for his character and the dark days are over. Maybe now he could show some very justified anger about being blackmailed into sharing custody with Mr. Self-righteous! Chance and Abby have been forced to stifle all emotion.

No one forced Abby nor Chance to do ANYTHING. The same option they had to oppose Dominic's biological father's legal visitation of "one day/night per week," are the same options available to them NOW. They can change their mind about agreeing to visitation, just as Devon changed his about walking away from his son. ALL PARTIES made their choices, voluntarily.

LOL!!! Chance was having a blast! It was good to see him truly enjoying himself! He's had a rough go since he returned from his "mission."
I really LOVE this actor and his portrayal of Chance! The Chancellor men have never been portrayed as light-hearted; and it is a nice change of character to see it in Chance. I hope they keep both CF and Chance around for a good long time!

Surprisingly, EVERYONE at the reception party appeared to be having a good time. It was infectious and a nice change of pace for the Show!

Soapfan54: thanks for input on Chance's history: "The Chancellor men have never been portrayed as light-hearted". Chance is in the law enforcement, cop, detective, and even the previous Chance's go way back, and they have to live to a different code of conduct in the law enforcement field, too. So, I don't get the viewers who want Chance to become more of a play boy (like Billy or Nick, who sleep around or have been thru so many women and are by now known as such). And, Chance does not (it would ruin his character).

Chance was really having fun which was a nice side of him to see.
Watching the reception was fun for me too as I truly enjoyed seeing everyone having such a great time being free and silly dancing away, it was a good time. I would agree, it was a nice change of pace for the show indeed.

RestlessFan I don't agree that because someone is in the law enforcement field that they must be devoid of a personality OR, that taking themselves too seriously necessarily makes them a better enforcer of the law. I would even go so far as to say that taking themselves too seriously does not translate into positive on-the-job performance. Their job is to serve and protect and it's the tax-paid job they signed up to do. Respect and regard is a bonus, IF it is EARNED Law enforcement are human and fallible, just like the rest of us... JMHO

My brother-in-law is recently retired from law enforcement and, prior to that career, he was an MP in the military. He is so much fun to be around! He was sober and vigilant on the job but, off-duty, he was just a regular guy spending time w/his family.

I enjoyed practically everyone dancing. I liked Nate and Elena dancing together (they had it going, too). I agree with original poster about Conner Floyd (Chance), he was really into the music and dancing. He made it fun and interesting episode. Also, the others were into it, too, but Chance stood out for me, too. Faith's boyfriend, too, he's a very good dancer, too (tall and stood out), no disrespect, but I know his name (but can't type it right now....ha...ha).

Chance was having a blast and I loved it. If you see any BTS videos of Conner Floyd that is the type of guy he is. Very different from Chance. I would love to see some of that incorporated in Chance.

Chance was fun. After all of the depressing storylines we’ve endured it was nice to see Chance loosen up and have fun. I’ll bet all of the actors at the wedding were happy to be joyful playing their characters.

I LOVED IT.....

On social media they have a clip with Greg and Connor on The Wedding set..

Connor is asking for his coat and Greg hands him a womans scarf and he takes it put's it on and then dances and struts away to "The Bee Gee's"-Staying Alive".......

It was hilarious and Connor does have moves.. Chance/Connor looked good doing his little dance thing to the music..
