I really enjoyed those scenes. I hate to admit but they have chemistry, I saw it and I didn't want to. It's too soon for Sharon to get into a romance but those scenes caught my eye. Their could also be a nice friendship between Chance and Sharon.

I would be ok with a friendship for these two seeing as they both have Rey in common between them. Not a fan of Abby and think Chance deserves better
so I wouldn’t be against him starting up a casual friendship with Sharon… honestly Sharon Case much like Michelle Stafford just seems to have so much chemistry naturally with a lot of actors and it’s a drag they don’t have her interact with more variety of the cast.

I hear you Theresa_Fan, I saw that chemistry between Chance and Sharon too! I tried not to see but it's unavoidable. Thank God they are just friends. They may become closer as they bond over losing Rey but I am hoping it just remains a really good friendship like Mariah has with Kevin, Kyle and Devon.Comment

SC has chemistry with everyone (except Rey which is why I could never get on board with them). I think if Chance develops a closer friendship with someone, it might be Chelsea.Comment

Do you all think Nick can remain celibate while Sharon is grieving? Adam was celibate over a year, will Nick make a year or longer? He's holding up so far. Poor Nick, I hope Diane don't start looking hott and Nick succumbs to his weakness for the Ladies. ? Sharon's going to need her healing time. No to Chance. I like Abby and Chance by now and they have a baby together and are a family. Since Rey and Chance were comrades or co-workers as cops and detectives, I think Chance is only supporting his partner's grieving widow. Conner Floyd, the actor, just have those eyes (as the actor who plays the doctor/now business man, Nate, he also has those sexy bedroom eyes). Sexy bedroom eyes, both actors who play Chance and Nate, both of them have really sexy eyes, you can't help but notice it. So, both actors (Chance and Nate), will seem to look at females a certain romantic way, but most likely that is not their intentions, they just happen to have very sexy bedroom eyes....ha..ha.Last edited by RestlessFan; May 17, 2022, 06:48 PM.Comment

It's a soap, so they could have an affair even though there is quite the age difference. But that may ruin the chemistry, given Rey was Sharon's husband and Chance's friend. Sex over a death is not really hot.
I could go for close friendship that makes Sharon laugh again. Chance is a fun guy, it would be nice to see him bring out a happy Sharon of her younger days. Nick then sees the woman he fell in love with long ago, becomes jealous, so we get Sharon & Nick again.Comment

I think today's episode was just Chance showing support to his former partner's (fellow cop) grieving widow. Chance just happens to have those "eye"s (very sexy eyes) and same thing with Nate (he also happens to have those "eyes", too, really sexy) and so of course they will look at everyone with those eyes, but both male characters most likely do not mean to come off as they are interested in every women they interact with.

It will be more of a character destruction to the female character, Sharon, imo. 2 past regimes (M.A.B. years 2009-2012 and next JFP years 2012-2016 combined did too much or overload of very negative character destruction s/l's for the Sharon character, that the character can never live it down or forgotten by now. It was eight loooooooonnnggggg yyyyeeaarrrsss of very negative s/ls for character Sharon with her bipolar blackening out behaviors where she slept with random men and the most horrible one was the one Maria A. Bell wrote, making former father in law, Victor, hooking up with Sharon, who was undiagnosed and she did not know what was happening with her mentally, she burned down Victor's ranch house and Michael Muhney's Adam had to rescue her out of the burning ranch, too, and help her find a doctor and the doctor diagnosed her as bipolar. So, too much negativity was heaped on one character (Sharon) and by two different regimes, too (M.A.B. & Jill F. Phelps (and co EP Charles or Chuck). So, to put Chance cheating on Abby with Sharon would be more of the same.

I guess, we all have different tastes. I don't find them boring at all (Chance and Noah). They are only acting according to the scripts they are given. I think the actor, Conner Floyd, was hired into a dark storyline with Chance overseas with his comrades who all died in an explosion while they were undercover agents and he had or still recovering from PTSD. Same thing with Rory Gibson's Noah, he returned to Genoa City, and he had a breakup with a girlfriend back in Paris, and he wanted a change of scenary so he returned to U.S. or G.C., and given what happened, he was heartbroken obviously. Now, he is finally healed somewhat and seems more happier at the wedding of his sister and Tessa. -
Chance, Noah, Devon, Kevin, Billy and the list goes on and on and on lol -
Ok Chance is handsome but yes very boring. His acting style is often not consistent with the emotions his words sugest. Not a good recast IMO.

I don't think so.......... I see no chemistry.....Also Sharon has gone thru enough men especially through to 2 families not to mention she had her brother in laws and father in law as well in both Newman/Abbott family...... It's just sad and pathetic..

I agree, Chance and Abby look great together, and they have a brand new spanking baby. History wise, by previous actor playing Chance's, Chance is suppose to be more upstanding and be a model citizen and given that he is a cop/detective/underground, he has a moral conduct to his character, too. He's a family man now. It is better he raised his baby son with the mother of his baby, Abby.
