Just wondered if anyone else noticed that Abby gave her a weird look after talking with her. Jack took her around for introductions and when they were finished talking woth Abby, Abby turned her head with a "roll your eyeballs" look and a bit of a frown. I wonder if those two are not going to get along.

I noticed the look when Allie said Summer had helped her with the dress. I took the look to be about Summer.

It could be. Maybe Abby thought so-called “fashion influencer” Summer was up to her old tricks by putting Allie in that ugly dress.

Yep the look was for Summer. Although Summer is the one who should be giving evil eyes to Abby... I mean Abby slept with Summer's first husband. Summer is Abby's niece. This kind of thing runs in the family though because Summer slept with her mother's live-in boyfriend.

Well Summer and Billy was brought up for some reason which has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that Abby slept with her own nieces husband … that’s what was being discussed.. Abby’s nasty attitude for no entire reason to her own niece … Summer was the wronged party imo not Abby but Abby continues to give Summer the stink eye for no reason every time she sees her. Honestly wish the character of Abby would be written off… I’ve never found her useful really at all… she’s till as bubble headed and clueless as she was as a teen doing her naked heiress shtick for attention.

I expected the snark and attitude from Mariah but Abby. Her reactions to Summer today were a really bad look.

And, I thought Abby’s look with Jack and Allie was all about Summer too. . How dare Summer take the time to convince Allie to join the rest of the family at the wedding instead of staying home alone!!! And, how dare Summer offer to lend Allie such a cute dress that she was receiving compliments!!

Whether it was meant to be shade toward Summer or not, it was quite inappropriate as it made things extremely awkward for Allie.

I’m sure Allie at this point has seen both Mariah and Abby’s attitudes enough to probably want to stay clear of the mean girl crowd so hopefully Allie and Summer develop a friendship

I thought it had to do with the mention of Summer as well, but I don't understand why. I thought Abby and Summer were on good terms. I sort of remember Summer talking to Abby when she was trying to decide whether or not to take the Milan job. Maybe they're trying to revive this rivalry - which came out of left field in the first place?

They were … it literally makes no sense!! Also Kyle told Mairah at her place that he would officiate the wedding because Summer encouraged him to stay and do it and that she would just come to town instead… I mean Mariah seemed so happy and thankful for Summer to suggest that and said she needs to come to the wedding too so for Kyles wife to show up and Mariah act the way she did makes no sense. The writing team still having Abby and Mariah act like mean girls is not a good look for those two .. given they are older than Summer I’d like them to start to act like it.

That look on Abby's face was something that was deliberate which boggles my mind. She didn't even try to hide that frown. Is Abby perhaps jealous of all the attention Allie is getting since arriving in town? Jack whisking Allie away to meet Tessa seemed to bother Abby... I guess there is a story brewing there.

I feel like the snarking between Summer and Mariah is tongue-in-cheek at this point, no one takes it seriously. Anyone else who is around just giggles. I remember them actually becoming true friends, even though I don't remember the circumstances, it was something on a serious note, seems like.
