  • Did Noah lie about not drinking?

When he stumbled into the coffee shop today, he sure looked like he'd been drinking and was hung over. Was he telling the truth about talking with a girl from high school all night?

He told his mother he was NOT drinking. I was surprised when he said that because I think he has a drinking problem.

I think Noah was lying about not drinking and I don’t think there was any friend he was catching up with all night. He looked hung over and acted annoyed that they asked.

For the love of soaps! Please tell me they are not going to do yet ANOTHER Newman alcoholic SL. This is just so stupid and such a waste of this character. Why, why, why do I continue to try to watch this show when it is all so stupid, boring and just one recycled SL after another?!!! My hope dims that this show will actually become good again with each passing episode. ???????

What doesn't Noah lie about? His unrequited love for Tessa and false enthusiasm over the wedding is way past repetitive. Sharon and Nick hovering over his social life and career choices is annoying. Their little boy must have every minute of every day spoon-fed to him or they're not reassured. He lied about leaving London until he was forced to tell a highly expurgated version to end the intrusive questioning. And now Noah's stumbling home late at night with unproven and unbelievable excuses.

I hate Special Theme Episodes About Whatever with this regime. It's all talk and show little or nothing to demonstrate their theme. And they're not very good about dramatizing significant details.

Whatever Noah's up to it stopped being interesting weeks ago.

How long has he been back? Months? And nothing has changed with this guy.

Now he's staying out all night, coming home and knocking things over. For the first time they said he had stayed a few days at Nick's house. He's bouncing back and forth between mommy and daddy's homes. He needs his own place. And for God's sake get him some better clothes. That bomber jacket that he's constantly wearing is getting very old.

Angeldar I hope you are wrong about drugs. But I can see it. That would certainly keep him up all night. Then maybe he wasn't lying about not drinking. Maybe he was smoking some potent oils or something. LOL

Maybe he's gay???? I think first we saw him was at Vikki's wedding in early October. Maybe he's not even in love with Tessa at all but he's struggling with his sexuality

Did Noah actually say there was a "woman" in England or there was "someone" in England? I likely will be proven wrong but I think he could be gay. That would account to him being out all night.

He said woman. And I think I saw posts about Noah finding out the England woman was getting married. I might have missed that part, but I know I read it here.

What does being gay have to do with staying out all night?

I think he said he was talking with someone? or something like that...maybe he met up with a man somewhere and they spent the night together? it's just a thought...it could be that he really isn't interested in Tessa at all but he's afraid to say/admit to himself that he is gay and he's struggling with that and trying to think of his times that he spent with women? I could be all wrong but it's just an idea...and yes, now that you refreshed my memory, I remember about the woman getting married...thanks..btw, I'm not saying whether I would like that or not, I'm just throwing out some thoughts

You could very well be right. Maybe Noah is having a hard time watching his sister and her partner living their true lives and he's sad he can't also be true to himself and his family. Could be a good angle.

                Noah is Nikki 2.0
The writers took a fantastic actor and made him a monotone one trick pony.
