Her head is as big as a watermelon, yet she can not see what her husband is about, then there is her brother who just threatens to quit if he doesn't get his own way. Good pair to be running a company of that size. Victor said he will bring humility to them and that's what I see will happen. Those two will be without their partners and taking orders directly from Victor when it's all said and done.

I was hoping, after all was said and done Victoria would be put in her place after finding out she made a big mistake with Ashland but I think Victor is only protecting her. She will not pay a price except for losing her husband.Last edited by cugsie; February 16, 2022, 01:04 PM.

Opposing view. This is the most I've ever liked Victoria and kudos to AH. Y&R is mostly boring and I think it's that I find her to be the most entertaining character at the moment. She and Ashland. Oh, she's a piece of work but that's OK because I'm not bored.

Ya..I have to agree! I don't like her attitude but I am enjoying the storyline. I can't say any of the other ones are keeping me interested, in fact I am finding some almost impossible to watch. Tessa/Mariah/Noah, Chelsea/Chloe, the baby disaster with Devon, Lily/Billy and Adam /Sally...all terrible for me, in fact I FF through most of that but this one, including Victor/Michael has me interested

I hear you. Almost every character irritates me - LOL - and that's not what I want to tune in for. I am only interested in Victoria and Ashland's story. You have to watch your back with both of them but it works for the characters. I don't have to agree with all their actions but characters need to make me believe in them, who they are, good or bad. If that makes sense.

If Victor is up to something (which we all know he is) and he needs Adam to play along with him, he ought to let Adam in on it rather than treat Adam as if he has no respect for him or for his judgment in business. We all know Adam is good at business. Now, all of a sudden, Pops has lost respect? Come clean, Victor, or go home and leave Adam alone to deal with the situation you deliberately put him in.

Is this not threatening to quit? Because that's what I heard him say...:perhaps I should leave" or something similar. The company still belongs to Victor. Perhaps he had a right to be put out, but Victor is still the one in command so Adam could have just handed in his resignation and left with Sally and still had his relationship. Victor played it the way he wanted and it worked for him. He left Sally in place and got Adam to do his bidding so I don't understand why you take exception. Clearly, Adam threatened to quit if he didn't get his own way. But trusting Adam? The first thing out of Adam's mouth after Victor left was to let Sally in on the fact that Victor is up to something. No. he didn't tell her what just yet, but..he should not have told her anything.

Angeldar You phrase it like Adam acted like a spoiled child. He threatened to quit if Victor didn't let him do his job and respect him to make his own decisions, hardly childish. Sally is his confidant and neither one will betray Victor to Ashland and/or Victoria. It was good to see Victor let Adam know what was going on and include him in the loop for a change. He didn't give Sally any details.Last edited by Frank52; February 16, 2022, 02:06 PM.

sorry you don't like my comment..but I'm not going to change it...the way I see it, Victor has a plan..it's HIS company. he already gave Adam a choice, either hang in there or leave..that should have been Adam's clue that something was up so just play along..as for including Adam in the whole thing, well, Adam didn't even tell Victor he was hiring Sally for that elite position. so both guilty. but I stick by my statement, sorry, Adam did threaten to quit if he couldn't keep Sally....and no, he didn't tell Sally exactly what Victor's plan was but he did reveal to her that something was up....if Victor wanted her to know that he would not have asked her to leave the office so he could talk to Adam in private...respectfully, that's my opinion

I already made my statement about Victoria and I agree with you..she caused that problem about Billy and yes, I think she is stupid too but she let Adam take the blame. I'm just waiting for that to come out eventually because I'm sure it will. As for Adam, I stick by my statements on how I feel about him too.

I think it's so silly that Victoria's so obsessed with "besting" Adam. Are there NO other companies / corporations in GC that she can take over? Are there NO other business moguls in GC that she can have a corporate war with? I realize that would require the show hiring another actor, but it just gets redundant. She's not happy with taking over NM and Adam working for her. No, now she has to focus on making Adam miserable so he will quit?
Get a life Victoria. ??

Silly, yes. She is obsessed. The more she gets, the more she wants. I have to wonder though. It appears Ashland is egging her on to get rid of Adam, which appeared she was all in favour of. but, in the last episode she appeared to give a questioning look at Ashland when he left the office saying they will get rid of Adam and Sally. She looked a bit concerned at his comment so I wonder if she will start seeing though him and have a change of heart.

I am enjoying Victoria and this whole story.
The thing I have always enjoyed about YR over the other soaps was the corporate intrigue. Victor thinks he has the upper hand with Ashland but Ashland thinks the same about Victor. Both of these men wanted on the inside to take control. Victor has a reason why he sold NM to NL. Victor will have an insider (Adam) to destroy Ashland and remove the “Locke” name from his company . Victor has been reminding everyone the company bares his name.
Victoria. I am interested in how she is going to trap Adam.
Adam, I was a bit disappointed in him almost revealing what Victor told him. I know that Adam might trust Sally but this is something that the fewer people who know the better.

I am enjoying Victoria Newman-Locke. Women can be ruthless in business dealing. They also know they can be taken advantage of by husbands, business partners and family members. How come Victoria have to be dumb down so Victor can save the day. Women are not this weak minded fragile flower that don't know or can't figure out someone is using them. When Women getting scam by men is nothing new some of them learn how to fight back not just cowardly run to daddy for help. Victor and Adam played dirty games all the time why is it so wrong when Victoria does the same thing against Adam. Adam will do the same thing to her.

Since she is married to Ashland and now it's Newman Locke she thinks that she is unstoppable, my wish is that she is so concentrated on destroying Adam that she is not seeing what her husband is up to and Victor decides to kick her out with her husband and put Adam in charge of Newman Locke.
