Victor should only know the reason Vic knew Billy was not drinking was because the drink was knocked over and she did not smell alcohol. She did not figure it out on her own before hand. What’s really said is Victoria helping Victoria and saving her from her mistakes that she actually but punished Adam for what he was just thinking of doing. What a loving father Victor is.
