Completely agree. I’m sure in his business he’s aware deleting photos/videos is a two step process (at least on iPhone it is). Maybe he has mail synced to the cloud as well. I can’t for a second think that Billy will let this go. He is way too invested in Victoria and this whole Gaines mess to believe otherwise. Be smart Lily!!

I agree. I want Billy to publish that video. They all deserve it! More worried about their company and are willing to cover for a criminal who is now family....which makes him fit right in to that bunch.

I think Billy only pretended to delete the video or it went to a trash folder that he can retrieve it from. I would've kept it just for safe-keeping, in case there was ever a point in time that I needed it!

foreverfan, I kinda think that Billy did delete the video. But I too found it interesting that he didn't tell Ashland the whole story that if Billy didn't run the story, he'd send it out himself. So, I'm expecting Gaines to send it out and Billy will be blamed as Ashland will think Billy was the only one w/the video

Regardless, Gaines has it and he told Billy if they didn't go with it within an hour, he would send it to other outlets.

Yep, and Billy neglected to share that info with Ashland. So now, when the story runs, Ashland and the Newmans will think that Billy is responsible.

I doubt the creep deleted anything. He's as slimy as you can get, so is his girlfriend. They don't belong at the wedding in the first place. Lily is just as much a slime bag as he is. They deserve one another.

I felt like he was telling the truth about not using it when he said it and deleted it but I also think it automatically saved to the cloud and he can probably get it if needed/wanted.
