I absolutely LOVE Mariah and Tessa, and this sibling-swapping storyline was pretty gross the first time around, but I have to admit I see some sparks

I strongly suspect that this Rory Gibson, could have good chemistry with a cardboard cutout or a wooden statue! I have not seen such a dreamy dude on this show for some time.

Remember the previous Noah (or Robert Adamson) was dating Tessa and when RA's Noah found out about Mariah/Tessa, wasn't he majorly hurt by it? I also remember, Noah's grandfather, Victor telling Noah of what Tessa did, stealing a gun of Victor's, and there was shooting involved as a result and the gun was traced back to Victor, and Victor was majorly pissed at Tessa after. Are the writers going to forget this about Tessa? Also, Tessa was caught or confronted by Victoria, for transferring money out of one account to her own account and so she was caught by Victoria and wasn't Tessa carrying around that cash and she stuff it in a teddy bear, too. So, it would be hard to watch Noah act like he just met Tessa (when the previous Noah went thru all the hurt and disappointment with Tessa before) and not believable at all if the writers are going to forget what happen before with Tessa, Mariah, and Noah or what went down.Last edited by RestlessFan; October 14, 2021, 06:20 PM.Comment

All true but can’t forget that Nikki found Tessa playing for change at CL outside and took her under her wing. We know that Tessa stole Victor’s gun to protect her sister who was being traffic’d or something and I have a feeling that Nikki may actually have forgiven her for breaking her trust given the circumstances and time that’s past. Sure she would not have liked Tessa dumping Noah for Tessa and hurting him like that so that’s another serious aspect with her. So this will be more interesting in some ways to see how the Newmans will respond if NuNoah really makes moves to get back with Tessa. Of course she’s still very much with Mariah right now but Mariah is pushing Tessa away after the I Want You to Give Me A Baby Now.Last edited by TunerEyes; October 14, 2021, 07:12 PM.

I saw some spark there. I liked it. At this point, Tessa deserves better than to be manipulated by Mariah who is punishing her for having a different opinion about starting a family. I hope they get together and Mariah is left where she belongs, alone pumping milk for a baby she has no claim to and whose mother doesnt want it.Comment

I rather see a new couple: Period. So, New Noah/new actress. Recast Eden (Michael's younger sister) or bring on a new young actress or bring back Lily's daughter, Mattie, recast or etc. We've already seen Tessa for how many years by now and seen her in so many stories with the whole younger sister in a sex traffic s/l and came on board as a sidewalk next to Crimson Lights singer and also lived at Nikki's/Victor's ranch and she stole a gun from Victor which resulted in a shooting and Victor was outraged at Tessa for stealing a gun out of his ranch residence and I remember Victor telling Noah (with R.A. or previous Noah) not to trust her and that she stole a gun from him. I mean, we've seen Tessa in all of these stories and finally she was backburned and recurring. I was looking forward to a new coupling for Noah, not the ole stale Tessa.Comment

I agree. I love her and Mariah together, but Mariah is pushing her away over the RIGHT decision not to have a fix-it baby to replace Dominic. Same here, I wanted the new actor or recast Noah to get a new love story (or a new actress), not the ole stale character by now, Tessa. So, there goes my hope for new couples or a new romance for Noah. Already disappointed since it looks like it is Tessa, instead. Why can't TPTB keep Tessa with Mariah? At least, they were fast forward couple for me, just like Phick (I did not miss anyone then). Now, we have a new actor in Noah, and, now we have to put up with Tessa (Again) after she was finally backburned after getting so many stores (just like Amanda this year, she got a new family, this year), and Tessa was in stories continuously being push on us and I remember posters were tired of her as I was. And, here TPTB let other new actors go, such as the one who played Theo and Lola, the ones who were interesting at least. Tessa told Theo she is a lesbian and didn't even say bi, so I say don't go there. I would love to see them as friends, but friends only.Comment

How about recasting Mattie, Lily's daughter? A new actress as Mattie, now I would be way more interested in a Mattie/Noah or recast Michael's younger sister, she and Noah used to date when they were way younger (Michael's younger sister, the last one who played her had really long dark hair and last seen pouring coffee to Dylan beginning of 2013 (that's the one I liked). Not bland acting Tessa, so uninteresting character..........already bored.Comment
