Will Classic Episodes Continue for Holidays?

I'm curious if anyone thinks CBS will keep showing classic episodes for the holidays this year? Like Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Eve from years past? It might be too soon to tell, but I think it would be nice if they did. They have done it in the past, but I'm not sure what they've done the last few years for holiday reruns since I haven't been watching as much.

They planned to do it last year but there were so many preemptions last year that they wound up showing new episodes in the place of reruns.

This year they may forego them and show new episodes because there are so many reruns now.

Very interesting, so it's like they're having the opposite issue that they had last year.
