They could have aired the Sharon and Phyllis chocolate fountain fight at Gloworm, Or a Lauren/Shelia episode. Lily being mad at who daddy is dating isn’t that compelling.

it wasn't classic - nor was it the least bit interesting - whoever is picking these episodes is dropping the ball - it wouldn't surprise me if there is a "Mariah & Tessa" week coming up -

They are doing a better job than B&B at least. Most of these episodes have been from the 90s or prior. 3 of the 5 episodes this week were from the Bill Bell era. Could be worse.

I have barely tuned in to B and B since their “classics” started.

I haven't watched B&B for weeks since it comes on here at 12:30 and the covid briefings start generally at noon and mostly run over part of the show and many times all of it. I've considered giving up on it many times as the storylines are so repetitive with the characters that I no longer really care what happens. I started watching B&B when Y&R killed off Brad and Don went to B&B to be Bill there. Still love seeing him but he's not on enough to be a reason to watch any more.

I really enjoyed seeing Ian (he really is a favorite villian and actor for me!) and Dylan and Paul together. Probably the highlight of today's show for me. He was great adding drama and humor and his expressions were always priceless. Loved him aggrevating Victor especially when they both were in prison together later on.
I loved getting to see Neil, but even back then I never got him falling for Hilary so that was a storyline that just never worked for me. Seeing Lily dump a pitcher of water on Hilary was kind of sweet. Those two never were really friends and I totally understand from Lily's standpoint why. Hilary was kind of wrecking ball that tore up her family.

Ahh, this era was just so forgettable. The stark contrast in production values in the 2012 episode from just a few days ago with this one is super jarring and JFP's influence shows. Thankfully they've done away with the establishing shots in recent years and RC's Cate's music cues have improved melodically since then.

Enjoyed seeing the sister and younger brother, Leslie and Tyler, in today's episode (Angell Conwell/Leslie, the lawyer, and her younger brother played by Roderic Williams). Used to like them and their s/l about their father, who was in prison, was released from prison, but died of heart attack, I think. Enjoyed seeing Dylan, Paul, Ian Ward, too. Used to like Tyler and Abby, too. So, enjoyed all the characters, including Victor, Nikki at this office; Ian Ward with Paul; Dylan working at Crimson Lights; Leslie with Tyler and Abby; and Sharon/NIck at the cottage. I agree it is not really a classic episode, but I guess TPTB wanted to highlight rivelry between Hillary/Lily so they chose this one.

I thought this was a weak episode for a classic and/or a flashback Friday. There wasn't anything especially dramatic in this episode. And, it certainly wasn't a good show in the rivalry category. Lily and Hillary had more epic fights than a little bit of water.
Yesterday's show was great. Malcom sighting. I hope there is more Malcom next week during the Winters' showcase.
