Annabelle575 This is just a portion in Jason's words. Mods, please delete if against the board rules and I apologize in advance...
"They just kind of let us know that they were going to keep us in the loop," Thompson says of how the show has handled communicating with the actors since suspending production in March. "[Deciding when we will come back] is a bigger decision: Sony is involved, CBS is involved, of course our stage is involved, so there's a lot of people. We get updates at least about once a week, kind of letting us know where we're at and if we should expect anything, but they have no idea when we may be back."

Thank you CouchCruisin', I appreciate that. Too bad they still don't know WHEN they will be back. Well, things are a little dicey in California right now. Hopefully it will be soon that everything is opened up.

Oh you can hear his accent every once in a while.
They just can’t come back if they can’t touch each other. You just can’t run a soap opera that way. You can’t run most of these shows that way, nighttime, daytime, movies. You can’t work 6 feet apart that’s just not gonna fly.
Sex, mystery, love stories that’s the meat and potatoes of soap operas I haven’t watched this show that long but when I was little I used to watch the P&G shows there’s a lot more of that then, in my opinion. You have to have conflict to have interest on these soaps. There really isn’t enough conflict on the show. And there sure isn’t enough fun in my opinion. I’m hoping they go with the chemistry when they come back that would actually ratchet up the fun. Here’s hoping!
and I live in Toronto area. He comes from Edmonton. That old joke about "hoose and aboot" is really just a joke. Except maybe in Newfoundland.

Re: JT's accent comment:
I'm in the Toronto area....there is an accent in the 'down east' provinces, NB, NS, PEI, NF (which is stronger and no joke re aboot, etc)....which is similar to Maine, Boston, and your eastern seaboard. Except for Quebec (French accent) all the other provinces speak about the same. Having said that, I can pick out a Queens accent, a NYC accent, a Texan accent, a southern accent.....could go on. There are MANY dialect accents in the US which are obvious to everyone. So, no, Billy just speaks like y'all...LOL.Last edited by jasmine33; April 30, 2020, 03:13 PM.
