  • Why would Victor set Adam up for murder of Mrs. Bingham? when he could have used AJ

Used the AJ story. Victor went through all the trouble of exhuming a dead body (old lady Mrs. Bingham) then having the body poisoned all to set Adam up for Murder. Adam even went to jail, and had a nervous breakdown, even beat a guard half to death. Yeah, Victor felt bad about it so he was planning to help Adam and Chelsea leave town. But my question is, why didn’t he use the AJ story against Adam then to make Adam fall in line with what he wanted? I wonder is it because he (Victor) would be implicated in a cover up? I’m sure Victor could have fixed it so he wouldn’t have been be implicated, after all he got away with what he did to Mrs. Bingham’s dead body.

Oh, and I am going to hate to hear Nick going around spouting to all listening, calling Adam a murderer and being all smug. This is going to be 100% annoying.

Mrs. Bingham was during the time Adam came back as Gabe (her dead grandson) and Sage was introduced to the show. Sage and Adam/Gabe was fooling the old woman into thinking her grandson Gabe was still alive so they could get her inheritance.

Constance Bingham was Gabriel Bingham's grandmother full name. Gabriel Bingham, along with Sage, tried to save Adam after Adam/Billy went over the cliff in a car and Billy was Ok and walked off while Adam was injured and still laying in the wreck vehicle and did the vehicle started to sink or something and Gabriel Bingham tried to save Adam and he drown in the river instead, think that was the storyline of how Adam started using Gabriel Bingham's identity after and Sage knew this and both of them deceived Constance Bingham and made her believe Adam was Gabriel, her grand son, and C. Bingham was elderly and in a wheel chair, so she was easily tricked into believing her grand son was still alive (Gabriel Bingham).

I don't think the writers had dreamed up the AJ story back when Mrs. Bingham was on.

LOL Yep This AJ guy was never even a thought back then. Adam needs to start his own company and get away from NE.

Because this story had not been thought of back then. I don't know if JG even wrote the Bingham story but I doubt that he did.

It shouldn’t have been thought up now!

So Adam is the bad guy. Victor is just totally diabolical thinking up all the ways to hurt his son. Hope would
be so hurt that she even gave Victor a second look let alone have a child with him. And Nick, I guess he
forgot or doesn't know how evil is father is. Then there is Vicky. They should have info about the real Victor
Newman.. If I were Adam I wouldn't let Victor see Connor ever.
