Adam is hoping that Victor will let him run the company, but during their meeting he's been acting annoyed and edgy. Maybe he should have gone to the meeting with a different attitude.

Adam has an agenda as usual. He's hoping if he gets back as CEO of Newman that power place will get him out of the Vegas secret & Phyllis off his back. It's why he's getting agitated Victor won't just give it to him & not falling for his act. -
And now Victoria is in the room so Victor won't be able to break it to her gently that Adam's the new (temporary) CEO! Temporary my foot! Once Adam has his behind in that chair, he's going nowhere. He'll even redecorate that tomblike office—which someone should, by the way.Comment

Jack already warned Adam that if he gets this position that it will be temporary and if he doesn't abide to it, then it will completely ruin any trust or relationships with the rest of the Newman's. To me, that's not a big deal. But I think Adam will do what he is asked and that it might actually be Victor who tries to keep him in the chair.Comment

When he and Chelsea walked in, instead of saying hello or whatever, ask how Victoria is doing, he just rolls right in with what hoops do you want me to jump through. Why did he not just give Victor the time tell him what he had on his mind. I am trying to like him but he just seems to always act over the top.Comment

If Adam does get temporary position, I hope he gives it up when Queen of mean returns. Also I hope he agrees to work with Victoria and it draws them close making Nick jealous.Comment

I read and I don't know if it's true or not that when Victor makes Adam CEO, he immediately betrays Adam and gives it to Nick. Adam needs to disown Victor once and for all and keep Conner away from him.Comment
