As long as he spreads the gum and is not going after Adam, it sounds interesting. There was an old spoiler about Jabot facing a crisis from within that never panned out. Maybe Gum Chewing Billy goes after the Abbots.

One of the rumors involves all of the things that the last Phyllis as a character went through B4 she left and another Phyllis returned....now substitute the same character changes 4/Billy.

I'm so over alternate personality stories. Why write a character if you can't give them a good storyline as themselves?

I do not remember them doing any alternate personality stories not like this only ones were people pretended to be someone else like when Adam pretended to be Gabe maybe i forgot.

Maybe it means Victor finally stops calling Billy by that name! I absolutely hate when he's so disrespectful like that, no matter what he thinks of his own daughter's choices or the man himself. If he did that in front of his own grandchildren I'd cut him off from being around them until he agreed to stop it.

Like Victoria would ever say no to Victor and mean it for more than a minute.

Victor should not be disrespectful of the parents of his grandchildren. But he is and his kids either roll over like doormats or give him consequences that last a minute. They put up with his bs and enable it.
