Just because someone is a menace to adults doesn't mean they're incapable of being loving towards children. My comment was about Adam's relationship with Connor. Even Chelsea has said he's a good dad so she can see what I can in him. The problem is she doesn't see that he would be good to Christian. He would be if given the chance to parent him.

I was really moved by these scenes. Connor is such a little sweetheart. Very few things seem to make Adam emotional in a good way these days, so seeing him tear up hugging his son was just...ugh. Wonderful. There’s the side of Adam I love so much.

All three actors did a great job here, very well written, too. It was everything I hoped Adam and Connor’s reunion would be. I’m thrilled Connor remembers his dad so well and was so excited to be with him. It warmed my heart. They deserve to be in each other’s lives and now that Connor knows the truth, he can’t be kept from Adam.

It was a heartfelt reunion but I expected tears cause I felt like I could cry. The actor playing Connor is exceptional.
Very handsome and can deliver his lines. Looks like a miniature Adam. Now Victor gets a restraining order for
Adam seeing Christian. I guess he owns the courts. Adam has an order from a judge. Why can't Victor mind his
own business? I though he was ill. And Victoria threatening to not let Adam see Christian. WTH?

It is interesting to measure the level of hate for Nick on this board by the fact that they just want Christian given up lickity split to Adam... Never mind what the child actually wants. Never mind that Nick is his father by Adams arrangement not Nick’s. Never mind he is only five and Adam is already decided just to tell him just blurted out with no preamble with no child psychologist checking on if he’s ready for such a pronouncement.

Christian should be told the truth when he’s able to handle it (judged not by Nick or Adam but a child psychologist). Christian should have a relationship with Adam. Both of these things are true. But it doesn’t change the fact that Nick is his father. Most especially to Christian.

So now Nick just doesn’t have to go be a grandpa somewhere else LOL.

Agreed. I understand Adam’s thought process and all that he doesn’t want to lie to Christian and then have him grow up feeing resentful. I get it. But he’s going about it in such a terrible way and I just can’t get behind it, or those who feel he should get custody because he’s biologically Christian’s father. Most of all, I hate how nonchalantly he talks about separating Nick and Christian as though it won’t devastate both of them. I love Adam and I hate being angry with him. But I’m so frustrated with how he has dealt with this.

I want him to have a place in Christian’s life, and I want him to recognize that having a place – perhaps only limited visitation – is all he can really hope for right now due to his own choices. He has a special bond with Connor, and Nick has a special bond with Christian. I hope he realizes that at some point.

I wish this would make Adam see Nick’s POV about being the primary caregiver and only father Christian has known all his life and allow Nick to at least maintain guardianship. That is what happened HomDep0020. He came back and wanted to get to know Christian and Nick became protective. Nick was on guard from the moment he knew Adam was alive. I do NOT agree with Nick, but I also don’t like the way Adam is forcing himself into Christian’s life.
