and its a bit of a put down of Detroit saying Phyllis ended up with a building in Detroit set for demolition.Comment

Why is it insulting to tear down a building? Cities do this all the time to modernization the area. Dallas investors will tear down a building and put up a newer building. It’s improvements.
The problem for Phyllis is that instead of owning a building in GC that will be remodeled; she owns a piece of land in Detroit with no building to remodel.

Now wait a minute. I know Adam said the building was in Detroit, but didnt Phyllis prepare the documents, deeds, transfers or whatever paperwork was needed? If so, Im sure she didnt put Detroit. So is Adam saying he intercepted the paperwork and deliberately changed it?
I just dont understand how all these property changes took place in one day, each taking 5 minutes? Werent there papers to be signed? How did they do that? All behind the scenes? I'll just admit it. I have no clue how this all works. I guess I suffer from "real-world-itis" cause I dont understand this land of make-believe they have going on here.Comment

I actually didnt cringe at Phyllis today. I applaud her good deeds (LOL- pun) even if they fall through. I hope she can continue on a more congenial path. If she can stick it to Adam in the process, I'll even give her a cheer, and I haven't cheered for Phyllis in years, if ever.

I know Phyllis thought she was doing good, but she only showed me again what a backstabbing creature she is, and the people she did theses favors for should remember that, smiling in Adam's face and all the time stabbing him in the back. I found what she did equivalent to what she did to the coven, buried them all under that bus!Comment

Right! So she gets a gold star for “righting some wrongs”? She almost destroyed Jack with her Jabot antics, she totally betrayed Nick and all the Newmana. She went scorched Earth on practically the whole town including Michael and Lauren. Then she sided with the only person who would give her a second glance only to stab HIM in the back too, to right the wrongs against HIS enemies which were also HER enemies three weeks ago. Wowwwww...
So in a manner of days she made these sales and acquisitions on millions of dollars in properties, just because Adam wants custody of his son? This show is ludicrous and I’m glad he beat her at her own game. -
Why she feels the need to help the Newmans get over on Adam is beyond me. They are more than capable of taking care of themselves and if necessary at others expense. Including hers. She knows this. They have done it to her. They didn't give a damn about what she went through because of Victor and they won't care what happens to her now. Fool. -
I wish Adam would fire her, but he might be having too much fun w/that silly woman, she can't ascertain whos who, let her try to work at Jabot again and see what happens, she will get back to reality real fast.

Well Adam sure popped Phyllis's red balloon. For the life of me don't know why after Adam gave her money
and put her in charge of Dark Horse why she is trying to implode. Who else will hire her and have all the
prestige of being in charge of a company. I realize she is trying to make up to Nick and Jack. I did ask what the heck he did to Phyllis but have don't remember any more. Did Adam hurt her - my memory is fading.Comment
