I hope Nick gets a lawyer soon for this Adam paternity stuff. Nick has a strong case what with Adam having done something shady with Christian's birth certificate (can't remember exactly what). Plus, didn't Adam leave Nick a letter asking him to be the child's father? With these points, plus what's in the child's best interest, a judge should rule in Nick's favor. Of course, things in soapland don't always go as they should.

CLOUDFARE Security Message
Over the past few days you may have received a "Checking if the site connection is secure" message when accessing the site. This is perfectly normal and not cause for alarm.
This message indicates that the server is confirming that the SSL (the "s" that you see in the https before web addresses) security is, in fact, secure. This is not some sort of advertisement and it is not some sort of nefarious hacking.
Cloudfare, which is a provide of web hosting and security, has recently added this layer of security on the Soap Central message boards platform as an added layer of security.
The message may occur any time that your browser makes a new connection to the boards. The message may also stop appearing at any time as the process is further integrated into the boards.

The real father's rights always are taken ahead of a custodial parent or whatever Nick is. Uncle. Who knows what really
happened with the paternity test. I think Nick will hire a lawyer soon. Especially now that Phyllis is looking to hack into
Dark Horse. Adam wants to find dirt on Nick or something to help him in his case for Christian.

While Adam is distracting him about taking his son away, Nick is too busy not looking after his interest, DH will be taken, not stolen right under his he-man nose. Adam is not going to do anything that will get him arrested, the way Nick got capital from those investors is how Adam is going to get DH, the sneaking little devil is going to use the money Victoria gave him to buy those investors out. Nick will not know what hit him!

Nick does need a shark but I doubt that Adam would be given custody if he pursued it (and I notice he's making insane demands but hasn't taken legal step 1). He changed the paternity test to specify Nick as the father. He has been previously fine with Nick raising Christian as his son. It would hardly be in Christian's best interests to be ripped out of his family at this age and traumatized to satisfy the selfish whim of a sperm donor who didn't just abandon him, but actively worked to confirm another man's paternity and that man has stepped up and is Christian's real father in the best sense.
Adam looks like an abusive dick who doesn't give one flying fig about Christian if he pursues this.

Nick should’ve consulted with a lawyer the day he heard Adam was alive. I know in soap land things move differently than in real life but Nick can not win this without help.

That kid has not stable home anyway. He went from being taken from his mother to Sharon and Dylan then to Nick and then to Victor and back to Nick. He is to young and have been in to many homes to feel secure at this point.
