Summer says to Nick she wanted to be the one to tell him about the engagement. Uh, then why didn't you Snowflake?

Standing around waiting for court to start. Nick and Summer talking about her engagement. Nick tells her if she loves Kyle loves so much push the wedding off. Summer says she’s getting married tomorrow no matter what.

Waiting for the verdict, Billy is fretting as Jack tries to talk him down. Phyllis walks in so Billy verbally attacks her while Jack and Abby turn their backs.

Nick finds Summer and tells her they need to get to the courthouse. He confronts her about the engagement and she admits it, trying to put a positive spin on it, but Nick's not happy to hear the wedding is tomorrow. She says it's not a shotgun wedding. She points out that they are meant to be together while noting how Nick has rushed into his romances. He tells her it's a mistake. She says nothing will stop her!!

Mariah and Tessa at court for the verdict. Michael and Brittany talk. The women come in.

I liked the talk between Michael and Brittany. They showed a mutual respect for one another as attorneys.

Tessa is out on bail and joins Mariah at the courthouse while they wait for the verdict. Nick walks in with Summer and doesn't look thrilled to see Phyllis. Cricket and the lawyers come in. Brittany frets but Michael tells her it's out of their hands.

The three come out and see Phyllis on their way to being seated. Here comes the judge, who warns the crowd wbout outbursts.

The defendants rise to hear the verdict....

All three are guilty. Sentencing in 2 hours. Michael says he will file an appeal immediately.

Abby tells Summer she shouldn’t be having her wedding tomorrow. Calls her selfish.

Nikki GUILTY!! Vicky GUILTY!!! Sharon GUILTY!!! We see everyone's reaction, including Phyllis; they are all shocked.

Michael and Nick are ready to fight by appeals, etc. Michael says that the judge may be lenient. Nikki is stoic. Brittany advises Mariah not to use GCBuzz to help because it could backfire.

These are the most glamorous women becoming jailbirds!! .

Abby asks about the wedding but Summer is adamant it's going to happen. It will give people a break from their sadness. .Abby asks Jack to intervene with Kyle but Jack says Kyle's on board. She is outraged and says she's going to try to put a stop to it.

Billy attacks Michael about the change in strategy. Michael defends himself and Nick jumps in and stops the squabble. He says they need to make a plan!

Billy yelling at Michael and calls him incompetent. Nick tells him he knows that’s not true and he needs to pull it together for Victoria and the kids. Michael says he did what he could with clients that kept changing their stories.

Nick talking Billy into finding the mystery person. Nick believes it's JT.

sorry but Phyllis 's hair looks like it was burned with a too hot curling iron.

Nick and Billy discus what to to do about appeal. Nick says we got to find the mystery person that burned down the stables, set up Victor, and hid in the walls. Nick believes JT is alive.

Abby tells Summer to put off the wedding and Summer says NO. Abby asks if she is getting married because she is Lola’s mystery donor? Summer says that’s crazy, she and Kyle have always loved each other.
