Bell will probably try to sell that story. I am already waiting for the technicality that gets Sheila out of jail. And, it can’t be that Finn is alive because attempted murder or assault with a deadly weapon is still a crime.

I have a feeling Sheila will be found not guilty. Remember it only takes one juror lol, people are found not guilty all the time when people think they are guilty. We saw Sheila do the crime, but the viewers aren't the jury.

Sheila could very well walk free. She probably would take the stand too.

It only takes one juror to cause a mistrial. It takes 12 for a not guilty. Or, 6, if it is a 6 person jury.

If a jury cannot agree on a verdict the defendant is not found not guilty, a mistrial is declared and they are retried.
To be found not guilty requires more than one person on the jury finding the defendant not guilty

Who knows, but in real life, Steffy's tears without makeup would convince any jury to put Sheila away for good.

Well Sheila confessed to shooting Finn and Steffy and the police recorded it. She’s also a convicted felon so her having a gun at all is a felony. She also had a silencer on it which is another felony. I think she’ll have to escape to ever walk the streets again. I can’t imagine her getting bail or not getting convicted.

I think Sheila's attorney could put together a self defense case, saying Sheila feared for her life. After all, Steffy did pursue Sheila and did make threats to her.

I'm not saying that it was self defense, just that a good defense attorney could spin it that way.

Even if you buy the crazy line that shooting Finn was an accident, shooting Steffy wasn't an accident. That was deliberate attempted murder. Steffy was attempting to call 911 to help her husband and Shelia shot her.
