After Shelia was arrested and led away Taylor told ridge to go tell Brooke about switched lables. Ridge was reluctant but left.. If the situation was reversed Brooke wouldn't want ridge within a hundred feet of taylor .

Absolutely agree! Brooke would tell Ridge that this news doesn't have to change what has blossomed between them. She would've brought up RJ and how happy he was to see his parents back together.
Heck, she wouldn't have turned Ridge down the times he wanted to take it further.-
Brooke would have done the same thing!!! I think most would. No big gesture on Taylor's part. Ridge would have left eventually. He was more then happy to be in his wife's arms again. I think people are forgetting they are still husband and wife!!!! Ridge hasn't asked for a divorce. Even when Brooke told him to go be with Taylor. I think when Steffy goes on maternity leave he will go with her. I think Ridge and Taylor will stay together to help Steffy get through losing Finn and being shot. That will give him the time off he wants. I also don't think Taylor is staying on the show. They will go with Steffy but Ridge will be back when Steffy is better. He realizes he loves Brooke. He will come back to Brooke who has waited for him to come back to her. She put Ridge, Taylor and Steffy ahead of herself. -
Gwennie123 - Nah, Brooke wouldn't have done the same thing. She would've heaped on the guilt and say, "What Sheila did was bad, unforgivable even... but it doesn't change the connection we both share. Don't let what Sheila did get in our way!" (enter single tear)
If Brooke was willing to guilt Ridge with Bridget and later Hope, I wouldn't put it past her saying that now. Nothing gets in the way of her destiny (of the moment) in her eyes. Just like Sheila, Brooke has not changed.

Classy move on Taylor’s and Steffy’s part. Now, if Ridge comes back there won’t be the secret hanging out there as the reason Ridge is with Taylor.
Adding, Brooke would have mentioned how they are “destiny”.Comment

Taylor has always been a better woman. I will never buy Bridge/Brooke being the love of Ridge's life or the destiny. I will always be team Taylor and Steffy. They are just better and more likable.
I really want Tridge to get a real chance. Bridge just have no chemistry. None. Their scenes today zzz.Comment

Taylor showed real class today, though I am sure that some will find a way to criticize her.
I can only hope that Ridge finally sees through Brooke's selfishness and inability to care about anyone but herself or Hope.Comment

KA is such a good actress from Billie on Days, and I hope writer realize it as Taylor.
So far, not feeling it, so it's hard to say for me who is more likable, being written the way Tay is.
Now a days, I can take her or leave her.
Bold lack in having a bunch of strong determined ladies on the show, one who is not sitting around waiting for Ridge, that's pathetic. Her and Brooke on that, are silly, for being this way, at this time in their life, both, for the neon of years and it is so embarrassing to see. I used to be the one to route for the original Taylor. Hunter Tylo seemed more strong version of Taylor. I do prefer to see on my screen stronger women. Maybe I will be seeing that when PTB write them that way.

I love KA's Taylor?, and even though I started watching this show because of TK, how Ridge treats her in the future is going to strongly determine how I feel about Ridge as a character

Sure, I love Thornsten. I have crushed over this guy for a long time, since long hair, remember? He was Patrick on One Life To live, followed him to Pine Valley
now Bold. However, Ridge is no prize. I am sorry. No way I would want (if i had a female fave) with him. But, lucky for me, I have zero stake in who he end up with LOL
But, as far as Ridge and Taylor being a Happily Ever After couple solid in love all the good stuff, that make and sustain a "real" relationship. Not going to happen. Bell isn't going to ever let Taylor return being a strong new type of woman. He is ruining her imo if he make her pine after Brooke's husband (again) and again, that's why I can't say who is better, because like i wrote a day ago, both are severely flawed lol nothing cute about that &
yea, right back to her(brooke) watch. lol I agree, he going to trot right on back, to his "Logan."(Even if Taylor with her whispery girlie voice toward Ridge(the new taylor) will not last. Love KA though. Yep. So, I am glad I have zero stake in any couple on Bold, with 2 leading women, who by now, should know, they deserve better. But, I watch because I love Patrick,Zach,Ridge(actor) Thornsten a long time.

But it was Brooke who tried to do the right thing and unite Taylor and Ridge thinking she was toxic for him. It's nice to speculate, especially when you don't like a character and can pretend to know that the disliked character would do something you don't like.Comment

I don't remember seeing a scene in which Brooke wanted Ridge and Taylor to reunite. If it happened, it was only one scene when she had a momentarily glimpse of reality. But Brooke and reality do not go together. Brooke spent years scheming, seducing, manipulating, and telling lies to get Ridge and other men Taylor was with (Nick and Eric).
