Bad news got being anything. Like Tanner is off contract. I would like it to be Douglas is returned to hos father - which is actually good news but considering the bias favoring Hope and Brooke bad news. I would also like the "bad news" to be Ridge telling Brooke his is done and handing her divorce papers. Or that Ridge catching Brooke and Deacon swapping spit and then announcing he is not returning to her.

He also just said that the song called "The Song That Never Ends" that Scott Clifton sang (it's a Steam song) when they did a location shoot,
will be back soon.

With that song it was all about steffy so maybe the something bad that happening is steffy getting hurt maybe Liam singing the song or it’s just memories in a flashback or somthing to that effect. I just don’t like this road there taking steffy down because I think she eventually going to get hurt whether it accident or not and plus in real life she about to leave on maternity leave so anything is possible

At this point, anything is possible. JMC was on Bold Live tonight, and he confirmed that he's not leaving the show
and would like to do another 35 years!
You're welcome Jenn. I like sharing everything I come across with whoever is interested to read it!
And thank you for the appreciation...I appreciate it

It's time for Eric to go. He holds Quinn back. We have more drama if he died!!!!

Liam sang that song when they were on location in Monte Carlo when he was walking on the beach. Steffy and
Wyatt were married then and they were there too, and Liam was missing Steffy.
-
Liam didn't sing it. It was played during Flashbacks of Steam, while Start were enjoying their honeymoon. Yes it's SC voice but we didn't watch Him sing it.
Yes it's a sad song not happy. So if it's played for Steam, that's not good because it's not something I suggest was a nice montage of them. Just bittersweet because Steffy was married to Wyatt.

Bad news to me doesn’t involve any pairings it about someone major leaving . There is a spoiler indicating who isn’t .
It also means no one back from the dead.Last edited by Emerald Greens; March 18, 2022, 10:14 PM.

If it's the big twist, it has to be more than just bad news. It has to be devastating news because they said the big twist is even bigger than the Maya transgender reveal. A character going into a coma wouldn't be a big twist because we've had characters in comas before.
I don't see how anything could happen to Liam in this s/l, but his character has been so badly damaged. It's possible Liam could die or gravely injured and come back as a twin or character without a memory or something to perhaps redeem him.

Another thing Casey said which I just went back to check on: he mentioned the Portofino Challenge when Macy was killed in a tanker
explosion. He wanted to say something more about it but said he was afraid to say more!

With the Sinn love scene and Finns renewed interest in Sheila…I think Steffy is hurt or even killed. If they are playing the song SC sang while Liam was thinking of Steffy maybe that song is played again with Liam crying over Steffy.
Honestly if this is the path they have taken it will be a let down. I hope Steffy is just hurt but they seem to be referencing death. Which is appropriate because the show will die if they kill Steffy.
Maybe this is why Taylor has been brought back…Bell would love to bring her back just for the death of another child ? and Tridge is just a red herring.
Now I’m rooting for a dream sequence ?Last edited by *Queenie*; March 19, 2022, 08:03 AM.

Both John and Casey said the twist is something that has not been done on the show before. No hints were given on whether it's something good or bad. Casey also said the cast and crew will be going on a 3 week hiatus after next week.

You're right Lovely Rita, he did say that. I guess we will know soon what it is.

Yes, OLTLforever. If it's Steffy, there are some people that will be happy and many will be devastated. That's why I feel the other clue he said about Macy and the tanker explosion is a clue that the major character will be Steffy.
-
Possibly death, which is a great way for a show to do some house-cleaning of characters that they can't integrate beyond a certain plot point, so they give them a pivotal death that will have a greater impact on future storylines.
The forecasting of "The Song That Never Played" makes me suspect that B&B is planning another round of Steam.
So, I think a car crash that kills Flo and Finn and almost kills Steffy, putting her in a coma in rehab during JMW's maternity leave would make the slow but inevitable pivot from LOPE back to STEAM possible.
Most likely, the song plays during the hospital vigil and Liam realizes that Hope was not only a means of punishing Steffy for Still, but the safe choice.
This might work as long as the writers don't succumb to the temptation of making Hayes Liam's biological son. That would be both dead end and anticlimactic for the long term. Hayes remains much more pivotal remaining Sheila Carter's grandson.

From the moment B&B brought Hope back in the form of Annika Noelle, they have made it abundantly clear that Liam loves and wants Hope FAR more than Steffy. As a result, I will NEVER buy any sort of story that tries to sell Steam again, regardless of what Liam says or who is killed off.
That being said, I think Finn is also a letdown, so I want to see better for Steffy. If they kill off Flo, Finn, Hope, and Liam, it will be a great start. LOL

This Steffy fan would be One Happy Camper if B&B never revisited STEAM ever again. Not crazy with the lack of development for Finn or SINN for that matter. I wish Steffy would get a great alternative to LIAM like Brooke had with Nick.
I still read rumors AN wants out of LOPE. I don't know why the show can't go with the theme that Liam has a major commitment problem. His emotional affair with Sally pounded the first nail in STEAM's coffin.
I think, with Liam's Rescue Ranger tendencies, the dew has left the rose of an empowered Hope who has run roughshod over Liam and Ridge's various objections about her adopting Douglas and Deacon hanging around Bridge's home.
So maybe a new damsel in distress is in order to bail AN out of LOPE.
I would prefer that any rivalry between Hope and Steffy be limited to the boardroom and advocating for the interests of their respective daughters.

What has never done before is killing off a child. It's been done on very other soap but not B&B. Or any evil/indentical look a look with kidnapping.Last edited by B-Hold; March 19, 2022, 12:16 PM.
