Surely Brooke was clued in after Steffy’s visit. She didn’t seem to be though.

It seemed to me that Brooke was totally perplexed and confused over what Steffy was saying. It would make more sense if she looked nervous knowing Douglas had been at Steffy's and that possibly Steffy knew the whole truth!

I hope Ridge realizes that even in her confession she lied again. She did not tell him that Deacon spent the night. She was all set to confess the kiss, but not him spending the night.

Why hasn’t Ridge or Brooke accused Deacon of spiking her drinks and getting her drunk and falling off the wagon? I don’t understand why no one accuses him of that. That’s the whole reason for this. Brooke was manipulated into drinking by Sheila. She never would have kissed Deacon or let him
stay around there otherwise. If Ridge can’t see that, then she should be the one to kick him out.

Because as far as Ridge knows due to Brooke's lies, Deacon was there because Hope invited him and he was there only when Liam and Hope were. LOPE did not get drunk. Ridge doesn't know that Brooke was alone with Deacon.
