Thomas ran her off the road but he doesn't know that. He doesn't really have a beef with Thomas except that he could clear Bill and Liam.

Again for what seems like over a million times zero proof Thomas ran her off the road. She was driving like a maniac and texting while doing so. It was never shown he ran her off the road nor was it ever mentioned in dialogue. The only thing he did was what Bill and Liam did and that is not report the accident. No other proof that he did anything else, so please quit saying that he did that when it was never proven.

The police didn't investigate anything actually. The detective told Ridge it would be investigated if he didn't allow them to release Flo.

He didn't run her off the road but she was aware she was being followed and was frightened. Thomas left her there to die. I think Ridge called him out on that. At this point I don't know that the writers or Justin even remembers Emma.

Yeah well Bill and an unconscious Liam left Vinny to die, but guess thats alright because Vinny wanted to kill himself. Knock it off with Emma, I am so sick of hearing about her she wasn't that relevant when she was on the show and she came back for a stupid idiotic reason the same as Vinny I've had it with hearing about her stupid death, she wasn't that important geez sick of hearing about her Thomas did nothing to her that Liam didn't do to Vinny the end.

Emma wasn't frightened, she was angry, and her anger lead to her being reckless.

Justin and I have not caring about Emma in common. She was the absolute least impactful character to actually get an exit scene. She had disappeared for months before returning to get killed and I didn’t miss her one bit. Still don’t. And Justin knows Thomas didn’t run her off the road. Brooke allowed Bill to inspect Thomas’s car showing not even a scratch.

The police has never been able to even prove that Thomas had been there at the location Emma died.
Thomas has deleted the GPS log files after Xander had seen them, and the police told Ridge that they can't prove anything.
Justin has no proof of Thomas being involved in Emma's death, but he has learned that Zoe called Thomas to stop Emma from telling, he has learned in 2019 that Thomas has been a suspect because of Zende's words - and we had Justin stating that believes Thomas had something to do with her death. .
It makes no sense that Justin suddenly has totally forgotten about the man whom he suspected 2 years ago.
It made no sense that Justin in 2019 didn't ask anyone some of these many questions that he still had had.
___________
Justin: Possibly at the cost of my niece's life. You know, I have so many questions about what happened to emma that night. The police do, too.
Wyatt: You really think thomas had something to do with that?
Justin: Based on how he's been acting, everything he's done? Hell yes.
Justin: Eh, I'm not feeling a lot of sympathy for thomas, either.
Wyatt: Mnh-mnh.
Justin: And if this police investigation proves that he had something to do with emma's death... oh, he's gonna wish that that fall had killed him.

Emma was stunt casting gone wrong to begin with. Her character had nothing to do but dance very awkwardly in scenes. No one cared about her character when she was there, people were glad when she left. Then Bell decided to bring her back just to kill her off like a PSA "Don't Text & Drive"

They should acknowledge all those characters. But hearing Thomas go on and on about someone leaving someone to die on the road when he did the same thing and never cared, was nerve-wracking for me.
SweetJade I cared about her, so no, not everyone was glad she left. And what happened to her was not just a case of texting and driving……
And even if everyone did despise Emma as a character, doesn’t make Thomas’ actions in that story okay.

Justin has forgotten all about Emma. He is
just fixated on the fact that he feels that Bill
has used him all these years. Yes, he was
Bill’s fixer, but he knew what he was doing
and could have quit. He’s not Bill’s husband
for goodness sake and Liam and Wyatt are
his sons! Justin has really lost it! Great to see
him acting though!!

Agreed. Justin is acting entitled, and it is annoying. The Spencer family gave him a job, which he has been well compensated for. They don’t owe him their company. If he wants his own company, he should build one from the ground up like the Spencers did. No one is stopping him from opening his own law firm.
