Shauna's story about all the attention Ridge got in Vegas was weird - I know FC is supposed to be a big thing but it seemed unrealistic that he'd have such a following.

All I can think about is the blank look on Ridge's face when Brooke first started going on and on about still wanting their relationship. At one point, Ridge was daydreaming about Shauna. Brooke had to say something to get his attention back on her. I mean, I really thought that he wasn't really interested because his facial expression was blank. Then there was a commercial break and the show returned back on screen, he's begging her to stay. I just don't get it. He is thinking about Shauna so why is he stringing Brooke on? Thats the bull I can't stand. Making men appear like womanizers and the women (usually two per guy) appear desperate to be with them. I can't stomach that mess. Just show me some fashion shows. LOL.

Good point! They never get it quite right and no matter that they may want to love isn’t enough. Some relationships figure out what to do to make it work Bridge never has . I think in part because they always resort to sex and by now they should have other methods more maturity. This group of adults really don’t act like as much as they should.

Ridge is always devoted to Brooke before he cheats and then leaves. He finds another woman and then grows tired of her and comes running back. He has literally destroyed every woman who loved him except Katie.

When he was married to Taylor, and Brooke would find another man of a man would become interested in her Ridge would become jealous and interfere. After he breaks that relationship and had Brooke drawn back to him he would take off chasing Taylor.

Ridge has never and will never be committed to only one woman. He needs to have his ego stroked over and over again and will never change.

As for him and Shauna, I hope their marriage is valid. They completely deserve each other.

I want to see Brooke have an epiphany about her life with and the abuse she has suffered from the serial cheater and kicks his sorry a$$ to the curb once and for all.

I want to see Brooke stand tall and independent with out Ridge or Bill of for the time being any man. I want her to recapture the person she was who was strong, ambitious, and INDEPENDENT.

B Hold you can try all you want to find reasons for Ridge's abuse but there are no excuses for it. From the moment he met Brooke he used her for his own pleasure only to toss her aside for another woman of which his mother approved. Anytime Brooke seemed to move on he would come back in and destroy it even though he was married to another woman at the time. Once he had Brooke under his control he would go chase after himself another conquest.

Past actions have shown that Ridge will never hold to his commitment to one woman, but he will never allow Brooke to find happiness without him.
