Why is Agnes Jones missing from the who's who section?

So I've been watching old episodes and decided to look something up when I realized that Whips cousin and Oliver's sister Agnes Jones was missing from the who's who section. Is there a reason for that or was an error?

I miss the Jones family Agnes and Oliver. They should be brought back. Along with Whip. A Whip, Donna, Justin triangle should happen.

She is not the only one who's missing. Maggie Forrester comes to my mind. Her character was a major part of the storylines between 1995 and 1998, but I can't access her page. Yet characters like Jasmine and Michael, who appeared in 3x less episodes, do have a page on the other hand. I have also noted mistakes Example, it is said that Colleen Dion / Felicia appeared for the first time in 1992, but some of her higgest storylines took place in 1990/91. Just one example among other. The "whoswho" section is awesome but it still needs to improve
