Good question! The ratings were bad for Brooke week. I can't link to them because they're on a rival soap site (SON) but here's some of them:

The show was dead last in all key demos this week (18-49, 18-34, 25-54) and they only counted the ratings for Wednesday and Friday, both of which were very low. Y&R classics of the Winters Family actually beat new episodes of Days of Our Lives. Pretty good for them.

A few classics in the lot, but the lack of Brooke taking over FC with BeLieF is unforgivable.

They should have included that episode, when Brooke became major share owner and CEO of FC thanks to her invention.

"Belief" has been a part of the show for several years in variations.

They could have done a special episode with edited clips and a voice over that summarized the SL's about "belief" - an episode to show the history of belief:
- how it started when Brooke as a mother of a newborn baby wanted to research a new kind of diapers - and Eric wanted her to join the company and to research for them.
- how BRIDGE had their ONS when Brooke's research worked (wrinkle free cotton)
- how Brooke later found a variation for silk, then worked on a spray to make clothes wrinkle-free
- how it turned to a war about the patent for it, how Brooke was supposed to be compensated for giving up her rights to it,....

- how the formula got stolen/copied and ended up at Spectra - and characters confessed to the theft, but did it to protect someone else (Macy, Clarke, Jake being suspects)
- how Sheila sabotaged Brooke's work and deleted files from Brooke's computer (but had copied them before) - Brooke and the Forresters fora time freaking out if they could do the next fashion show in time - and then Sheila reloaded the data up again
- how Brooke warned Ridge that if the formula is heated too much, it can become quite dangerous - and soon later Ridge got injured in an explosion (ending up temporarily blind) when he had realized that the heat had been too high and had tried to take out the formula according to Brooke's warning.

But yes....the Logans were there from episode 1. Ppl that complain about Brooke....been there fromthe beginning. Dount it changes....ever
