I too laughed at the absurdity of it. Her apartment looked like Flo's place with a bit of a change of decor.

It was bad. But to be fair, they were there for all of 30 seconds. Hardly worth an on-site shoot.

That was Shauna's VIP tour of Vegas, so..
What was with Ridge licking the straw? Did they go to 7 Eleven and get slurpees?

B&B's production values in general have declined precipitously over the past couple of years. Brad Bell himself has acknowledged in interviews that he's reduced the number of sets and also tries to limit many scenes to just two actors so they can shoot faster. I find it boring to see everyone working in just two FC offices 90% of the time.
The so-called "B" roll or outside shots of Malibu, Venice Beach and downtown LA streets are wonderful, but they are generic and can be used over and over again.

How far ahead does B&B tape? Reason I'm asking is I'm wondering if the covid-19 could have been the reason for no location shot. Or, it could have just been Bell being Bell.

Despite the Las Vegas drop. Ridge and Shauna would make a beautiful couple

That was (0r should have been) embarrassing for B&B. Fake and cheesy.

Funny part is they wouldn't have to pay for a thing if they got a deal with any of the hotels or casino's in Vegas cause they would cover the cost for promo. I guess B&B numbers are so bad that they couldn't get any type of deal.

Yep, I agree. between that awful recycled Shauna set (why does everything have to be painted that drab grey/green colour when the apartment is a low-cost one? Is lighter coloured paint not the same price?) The repeated shots of Ridge sipping on some sort of drink and Shauna acting like a 18 year old. Blurgh. Cheap and nasty.
