She is not a victim. She's been chasing a married man for months. And now we're supposed to believe Ridge is the first man she ever wanted to marry, so now she suddenly has cold feet. Please! The whole thing is preposterous. Shauna should either own her behavior and go for it, or just drop it with Ridge. She can't have it both ways.

Belindaa I am glad you started this post because I agree.
I know that I was cracking up laughing at her parting shot today.
Was she supposed to be forlorn?
Yeah, right. I don't buy it for a minute.
She should take some selfies since she likes filming, and send them to raggedy Ridge to garner some sympathy from someone who will fall for it.

Yeah, I really don't even know what Shauna is supposed to be. The writing has been terrible for this story. I get that some people like the chemistry of the couple, but Shauna's behavior makes no sense at all. We know she's been hounding Ridge for months, we know she likes bar hopping, we know she had multiple possibilities as to who Flo's father was, and now she's being portrayed as Tess Trueheart or something. The writing is all over the place.

It is so sick the way they justify everything while Ridge is still married. Get a divorce Ridge and move on.

This story line is crazy. Ridge has kissed both Quinn and Shauna while with Brooke but he leaves her for one kiss. Stupid!
-
He is such a hypocrite and when he laced into Brooke for kissing her sisters husband and hurting her again....I remembered Eric saying something to Ridge about trying to once again take his wife. That’s 2 or daddy’s wives Ridge has dallied with. Hmmm guess if
Brooke has no morals then they are two peas in a pod
-
I like Ridge, but it's because I really like TK. I hated the Ridge character when RM played him. Didn't hate RM, of course, only the way he played Ridge. But, even I have to admit Ridge is being a hypocrite over this whole thing. And Shauna? It seems like the writers wanted to portray her in a different light now and think we won't remember how she lived previously.

I am loving Shauna and Ridge. She is nothing like Brooke which is one of the things I love about her. She actually cares about Ridge. I do love that she let him go even though she really shouldn't she should fight for him. Shauna is what is good for Ridge and is someone who can finally make him happy and someone who can save Ridge from the toxic relationship he is in.

The writers have introduced Shauna as a "fun girl/woman" that had many short-lived ONS/affairs, but no serious relationship ever.
We had Shauna kissing a "passed out married man", and Shauna later talking about that through rose-colored glasses and as having been "magical".
Flo during their talks seemed to be the mature one, that had to call her mother out on her fantasies.
Shauna had already been overexcited, when the man even had not shown her really any attention at all
- Ridge later even showed attraction for Shauna even when he also told her that he loves his wife and wants to save his marriage
- and Ridge then recently even telling Shauna he wants to go with her to Las Vegas, wants her in his life.
___________
Flo: Mom, do we need to have a serious talk?
Shauna: About what?
Flo: You know what. About Ridge. You can't keep getting swept up in this. It's like a fantasy that's never gonna happen.
Shauna: But I have to admit I cannot stop thinking about that kiss.
Flo: The--the kiss that he has no recollection of because he was passed out? That one?
Shauna: Well, we don't know that. I mean, he might remember subconsciously. Maybe that's why his attitude's softening towards us.
--
Shauna: That night, danny and I put you to bed. You were down for the count. You had asked me to stay with you. And so I laid next to you. You're Ridge Forrester. I have admired you for so many years from afar, and...oh, laying next to you, I couldn't stop looking at you.
Ridge: You saw me drooling on myself.
Shauna: Oh, you were beautiful, but that's what inspired me to do what I did. I know I probably shouldn't have, and it's probably wrong, but I don't even care. I don't regret it. It was probably one of the most amazing moments of my life. Don't be mad, okay?
Ridge: I'm gonna hate myself for asking this, but... what did you do?
Shauna: I leaned in ever so gently, and I kissed you. You kissed me back. It was magical, electric, unlike any other kiss I've felt. It was a kiss I'll never forget.

In case you didn’t notice Shauna is getting the same innocent saint act that their writing for her daughter Flo.
The Fulton Women Saint Act!!!
They will steal your man, keep a secret, scheme and pretend to want what’s best, pimp out and donate kidney to get in good with the Logan’s, sneak on property and take photos and videos, evict a fake dying woman, illegally look up someone’s medical records, pursue and make out with a married man, I must say those two are quite BOLD, They will speak the words, but their actions say whole lotta different.
they would be more likable if they would just own it, the little innocent acts is played out and boring.
The Vegas witches both need to disappear to the desert!

I don't think Ridge would be making out with the woman that had confessed that she didn't want Flo to tell Steffy about her daughter being alive and didn't want Steffy to have her daughter back so that her daughter wouldn't go to prison.

I agree and if it were steffy who had her baby stolen and told it had died it would be a whole other view
-
Ridge the same as slapped Steffy in the face when he let Flo off the hook just like he the same as slapped Hope in the face. Beth is his Step-Grandchild and it was ok with him that his step-daugther was told for months that he baby died. He watched Hope grieve and nearly have a mental break down. It’s ok with him that Steffy had to give back a baby she loved. Flo got a slap on the wrist for selling that baby. Ridge should apologize to Hope and Brooke for letting Flo get away with it. He’s a horrible stepfather and grandfather. He gets blind drunk around Shauna...it’s toxic. Ridauna get together he’ll probably become an alcoholic.

I do not get the OP.. Shauna has consistently shown that even though she is attracted to Ridge, that he needed to go home, as he is still married to Brooke
She never had a serious relationship, fits the narrative and her lifestyle too. Has nothing to do with cold feet. They had fun drinking, but i doubt anything more happened.
She kept him company in Las Vegas, because he was very pushy, but that was it.

I'm not a huge Shauna fan, but I don't see her as trying to play the victim in this case. She didn't try to blame anyone else for what happened to her, nor did she ask anyone to sympathize with her. She told Ridge repeatedly that she didn't really think that he wouldn't go back to Brooke at some point, and that she was afraid of getting too involved because it would then hurt her even further when he left, and when she talked with him on the phone, she didn't try to blame him or anyone for his return to Brooke and just emphasized that she would value the memory of what they'd had and then told him goodbye. Yes, she was curled up on her couch, obviously a little weepy, when he called, but she didn't cry into the phone that he was her destiny and she needed him back. Nor did she try to blame him or anyone else for what had happened, unlike Brooke who tried to tell Ridge that perhaps she kissed Bill at least partly because she felt unheard and neglected by Ridge--which was dumb because that's exactly what Bill tried to tell him, and Brooke should not look or sound as if she's thinking like Bill in front of Ridge if she actually wants to reconcile with him. I could see someone believing Bell was trying to make Shauna look sympathetic, but that's different that the character "playing the victim," as if he manages to drum up sympathy for her it will be because she isn't insisting that Ridge dump Brooke and stay with her because she needs him or wants him or because she can't stand the idea of losing some kind of competition for him. The way Bell's writing it, Shauna is doing not only what she thinks is safest and best for her but what Ridge actually wants to do, too. She's not trying to "steal" Brooke's husband, even though Brooke keeps insisting that was her plan--and Bell's made that clear by juxtaposing scenes where Shauna told Ridge she was afraid of pursuing a relationship with him with scenes of Brooke claiming that she and Quinn were just trying to get Shauna's claws in him to get back at her and to secure a rich husband for Shauna.

Shauna has been after Ridge since Ridge let Flo off the hook to protect Thomas. She didn't have to get in bed with him and kiss him when she took him upstairs at the bar when he got drunk-- she could and should have called Brooke, instead. She gets upset and says she doesn't want to get hurt, but she always makes herself available to Ridge. I just don't buy her act. It's not believable to me.
-
What did she do yesterday, specifically, that made herself available to Ridge? As I said, I'm not a huge fan of Shauna's, but in the phone call that ended Wednesday's show, she was pretty clear that she was saying goodbye--and she was leaving town before Quinn exposed Brill through the video that Shauna did not realize Quinn had. She thought it was deleted from her phone and everywhere else. It was Ridge who went to find her and insisted on going to Vegas with her. She didn't go to him or try to lure him into following her--and she repeatedly told Ridge to talk to Brooke while he was in Vegas with her. It doesn't appear that she even tried to do anything to prevent Ridge from being dragged home from Vegas at Brooke's command either. Yesterday it was Brooke clinging to Ridge and announcing they'd be reconciling, even though he didn't look very interested in getting anything from her but coffee.

Shauna came on the show and I kind of liked her. She didn’t have money, she INITIALLY told her daughter to do the right thing, then when she saw the possibilities- money, family and being around Ridge, she told her daughter to be quiet. She supported her daughter giving her kidney to Katie - good - but then she started stalking Ridge at Forrester. No - she is not a victim. And we all know when the other woman says be with your wife - it’s so she can hear the man say - but I want you.
Whether she deleted the video or not - why take it?
Dhe could have busted in on Brill or told Ridge. He would have believed her. She is a schemer. Giving it to Quinn - knowing how crazy Quinn is - she knew she could just sit back.
I really don’t hold any interest in Flo or Shauna - but I hate Shauna being upheld like some light by Ridge.
And if that had been Steffy’s birth baby, and Steffy had mourned the death of her child and ended her marriage to Liam - no Ridge would NEVER get over it.

Shauna raged at Flo for participating in a baby-selling scam but doubted that blood was thicker than the conviction the Logans would seek against Flo for the crime. Thomas' feelings for Hope resurfaced, and he agreed with Hope that Liam should be with his family in Paris.
She supported her daughter giving her kidney to Katie - good.
An anonymous donor stepped in to save Katie. Katie requested to meet her donor, and the Logans were astonished to learn the donor's identity. In an effort to heal his family, Ridge asked Steffy to let Thomas move into the cliff house.
Oct. 8, 2019
At Flo and Shauna's house, Flo was shocked by Shauna's idea that Flo give her kidney to Katie. Shauna said the donation was a way to get back into the family. To Flo, it wasn't a reason to go through surgery and give up a kidney. An operation like that was a huge deal in Flo's eyes. Shauna persisted, saying that Flo could be the one to save Katie's life.
"Shauna said the gesture could heal all wounds. Flo reasoned that, if she did it, she wouldn't want the Logans to think that she'd done it to get back into their good graces. She claimed that she wasn't manipulative like that.
Shauna doubted that the Logans would think that. She was sure they'd be grateful. Shauna didn't think things could heal between her and Brooke, but Shauna said that it was different for Flo. Shauna thought that giving Katie a new life would change everything for Flo,"
