I know he was involved with Beth, O!ivia, and Gus's adopted sister. Later he married Lizzie. Did he ever date Michelle? Knowing Vanessa, I am sure she had issues with a few of them.

Vanessa wasn't around much when adult Bill came back to town.....he and Michelle were 'childhood sweethearts' but later on just friends as she had fallen in love with Danny Santos. Bill was with Beth, Olivia, Ava, Pilar, Eden, and Lizzie. I can't think of anyone who wanted Bill and Beth together....and the rest were, to me, just flings....although he was engaged to Ava for a short time. Lizzie was definitely his best match.... -
