She was from Colombia. She suffered a mental break down when her twin sister Solita committed suicide over her deception when they were teenagers. She took on the identity of her sister. I recall she sought therapy years later, but how was she written off? Did she return to Columbia.

Maybe that clip is on YT. Why on earth did she get involved with Roger, then again, I ask the same of Alex and Mindy, go figure some soap women's taste. He and Jenna were two peas in a pod. Did Sunni ever mention if her dad regretted his cruel treatment. I don't think the parents ever found out she committed suicide,since her sister had her secretly buried.

Sonni was from Venezuela, not Columbia. The Lewis's had oil business there.

Makes sense. I think Colombia is known for oil too. I know coffee and diamonds are two of its resources.

Great storyline! I think the actress' name was Michelle Forbes and she did an excellent job.

She was SO good and I loved the story....especially the reveal at the end of it that Solita had taken the blame for Sonni's indiscretion with Will and then hanged herself...which led to the split personality disorder.....man, that was good storytelling.....
