Grandmother - Madeline - terrible person (killed her father, put her Mother into a coma, stole babies). Dead
Aunt - Liesel (a quick internet search is not going to tell her anything good) - but could be a bone marrow donor
Cousin - Britt (internet search would show bad, but redeemed at the end) - Dead
Cousin - Nathan - great person - Dead
2nd Cousin - James - young kid - too young to be a bone marrow donor
Nephew - Wiley - young kid - too young to be a bone marrow donor.

If the bone marrow has to be genetic, that leaves Liesel, Nina and possibly Joss (she has Nelle's kidney)

Wiley and James are not too young but Willow would likely never put Wiley through the procedure. Does Maxie even know Willow is Nina's daughter?

I think Willow is dealing with enough right now. She's dying and needs a bone marrow transplant. She's pregnant and the doctors want to deliver the baby early, which gives her concern. She just found out a woman she loathes is her birth mother and possible bone marrow donor. She found out the woman she likes a lot and is her future mother-in-law withheld the information from her.

After she's had the transplant and is on the mend, and the baby is fine, I will wonder if she never asks questions. But this is GH, and the show revolves around Carly, Nina, and Sonny. I doubt the writers will ever have her wonder about her birth father.

it is a bone marrow registry....but now they can use bone marrow or stem cells ... TJ said they will use stem cells so wiley (if a match) or the new babys stem cells after birth could be used or nina could be the match

Or Stephen's son Rafe. He seemed like a good kid but I think he was using drugs?? Nina was the first to find out and kept it secret because Rafe had also found out around that time that Nina was not as disabled as she was leading Silas and everyone else to believe.

I loved Rafe and he was from a classic family from Lila's friend Amanda. It was so unexpected when they found heroin in his system. I didn't believe it at all.

It is surprising, given the medical issues, that she hasn't asked who her bio father is. Maybe Michael/she already knows because it would be the same as Nelle?

Remember that Nell was briefly Charlotte’s Nanny when Charlotte was in Willow’s class. They knew who the other was and I am sure that Michael and Willow talked about who Nell’s father was when they found out Nina was her mother. They also made Silas Kiki’s father back when Franco was Jason’s twin so that Michael and Kiki could be a couple without being cousins. Michael knew Silas.

One would think that especially since Willow's dad was the one who ended up helping to save Ava's life back when she had leukemia too. He used Avery's bone marrow and once Ava found out, she was grateful but very angry!
