I will hazard a guess -
Joss spent the night with Cam while Liz was OOT.
Joss was told be Jordan to stay at home except for her daytime classes due to the Hook and the connection with Trina.
Now Joss is at the dorm (where she was told not to be) with Dex and is being vague with everyone.

Carly, forgetting that her daughter is now and adult, is going after questions and is headed to Liz for a direct confrontation. Insert eye roll here.
Honestly, I cannot think as another reason why Carly would be doing this.

I'm not a Carly lover - by far - but I suspect that Carly is going there to warn Elizabeth that Cameron may be in danger. He already knows that, but I don't know whether Carly knows that Elizabeth also knows.
