So, based on Monday's recap, Joss catches Sonny and Dex beating up Felty and managed to record it. She then proceeds to confront Sonny directly and threatens to go to the police. Am I the only one who thinks this was an incredibly boneheaded move on Joss's part? What exactly was she thinking? "Gosh, I just saw my stepfather, a man who I know is a notorious mobster, committing a violent crime. I'm an unarmed teenage girl and my stepfather and this stranger are grown men. I have evidence that could send them to prison for years. What should I do? I know! I'll confront them while nobody else is around and threaten to go to the police. Then I'll berate Sonny for his lack of family loyalty, even though that's the only plausible reason he would have for not killing me outright. Gosh, I'm smart."

CLOUDFARE Security Message
Over the past few days you may have received a "Checking if the site connection is secure" message when accessing the site. This is perfectly normal and not cause for alarm.
This message indicates that the server is confirming that the SSL (the "s" that you see in the https before web addresses) security is, in fact, secure. This is not some sort of advertisement and it is not some sort of nefarious hacking.
Cloudfare, which is a provide of web hosting and security, has recently added this layer of security on the Soap Central message boards platform as an added layer of security.
The message may occur any time that your browser makes a new connection to the boards. The message may also stop appearing at any time as the process is further integrated into the boards.

I think I see why Spencer hasn't confided in Joss

Spencer has already figured this out about Joss, and told Cameron that he could not tell Joss/ bring her into the plan for this very reason (remember the conversagtion at Kellys - that secret has put both of them in the PCPD, because Cam is having trouble keeping the secret from his girl friend, and Joss knows that Cam has something bothering him).
Joss IS a confrontational person and Spencer knows this first hand.
While the scenario was literally spur of the moment, it does show Joss's confrontational behavior, and her immaturity.

Spencer wanted to be the one that saved her. He still wants to be that. Him by himself and no one else. If he really wanted to save her for unselfish reasons and not for personal gain he would have included Nick, Ava, Taggert, Portia, Curtis and Trina herself.
Trina pulled my heart today with her comment that Rory is actually there supporting her sitting down …just being there having her back.
Has he even told anyone the drug that was used on Trina?Last edited by TVDfan; July 26, 2022, 07:44 PM.

Spencer speaking up about being Trina’s alibi helps but isn’t enough to get her off. The defense needs more then that. And yes it’s obvious why he didn’t tell Joss cause she has a big mouth. Spencer might be selfish and spoiled but least he’s trying and he is sacrificing by making Trina hate him.

I feel the opposite Joss can be a loose canon, but she is there at court fighting for Trina not leaving any rock unturned making sure Trina goes free.
Rory is there too. The simple fact that he is there is enough for Trina.
Spencer waisted his time on a plan that didn’t pan out. He could have been supporting Trina at least if he was not going to come forward as an alibi.

After the way Joss behaved on the stand, I was convinced Spencer was correct in not telling her. She just can't control herself. I'm surprised she didn't blurt out that Spencer had been visiting his mom's grave and Trina saw him when she supposedly sent the text. She's become just like Carly which is why I can't stand her any longer. It's too bad. I used to like her character. Now I wish a dump truck would run her over.
