Are Sasha and Willow still friends?

They are. At least as of last winter when Liam died. I think Sasha even brought up Nina to Willow and said she understands how Willow and Michael feel. But it's separate from yheir relationship.

They've rarely interacted lately, but Sasha immediately came clean to her that she hit Harmony with her car, and Willow forgave her right away. Nina could definitely be a bone of contention between them down the road.

Yes, Sasha and Willow are still friends. Sasha felt incredibly guilty about accidentally hitting Harmony with her car. She told Willow right away and Willow forgave her.

Also I recall Nina talking to Sasha about Michael and Willow and Sasha reminding Nina that they’re her friends.

They resumed their friendship awhile ago.

I hope that once Willow learns the truth, that Sasha could remind her what a warm and generous mother Nina was to her, and is really great to her now too, after getting over the deception. Willow will need her as a friend.
