I think that the judge will split the difference and grant Nina limited, supervised visitation with Wiley. This result will provide the most soapy drama and will anger all of the characters involved. Nina will be angry that she does not have unfettered access to Wiley whenever she wants and Michael, Willow, Carly and company will be upset that Nina gets to see Wiley at all. It will also drag the tension and conflict with the characters out until the next sweeps period. Because Nina's visits with Wiley will be accompanied by someone else, I speculate that Willow will be the one to accompany Wiley when he visits Nina. Something about Nina's interactions with Wiley may cause Willow to soften a bit which will add to the drama when it is revealed that Nina is Willow's mother.

SPECULATION: My theory on the visitation petition verdict,

I will be shocked if Nina looses her petition. Limited supervised visits is visitation, but not what Nina wants (she wants unfettered access). Supervised visitation also can have some stipulations - neutral territory, with a neutal observer. That way, if either party over steps, it is reportable to the court.
Of course it will be drama, because neither one is getting what they want.
I cannot even speculate past the verdict, as this is a soap.

If it goes that way it would be fair. Nina should be able to have a relationship with her grandson and because Nina has boundary issues it makes sense to have supervised visitation. The little fella loves her and lights up every time he sees her. IMO Michael and Willow have overreacted - Michael wants Nina to pay for her silence re Sonny and now wants Sonny to pay for not turning against Nina. To me it has very little to do with the child but with revenge. Willow is just going along to get along.

I don't really blame Michael and Willow for not wanting Nina anywhere near their family. Nina has never been anything but awful to Willow, from the very beginning when Willow was Charlotte's teacher, and Michael would understandably never want to be around the woman who trashed his entire family's life. That said, she is entitled to something, and limited and supervised makes the most sense.

I hope it is nothing more than Limited supervised visitation with a neutral observer. I don't think Nina can be trusted with anything more,
I think maybe the visits should be at the Q estate. Somewhere Wiley is familiar and where Nina can not run away with him, Can't think of anywhere else.
Michael and Willow have to leave, of course,

I don't know that visitation would be supervised but if it is I don't thank that will be a problem for Nina. She just wants a relationship. I don't know why Carly keeps saying Nina will fill Wiley's head with a lot of untruths about Nelle. Nina barely knew Nell herself and doesn't have a lot to tell him about Nelle. I think Michael and Carly's wanting to cut Nina completely out of Wiley's life will backfire on them, as it should.

Wait - as soon as Nina learned about Nelle being her daughter, she started to retcon her, saying that Nelle could have been a different person if NIna had the chance to raise her. Nina will not deal with the facts. Nina has her own vision of Nelle in her head and she wants that vision in Wylie's mind as his mother. Michael and Willow are very concerned - how do you tell a child about his sociopathic murdering mother and in what steps, yet Nina has tried to start when the boy was 3 years old. I am all for the truth, but this situation is delicate and Nina does not appear to want to work with the Parents to make this happen in a slow informed way before he hits public school.

I think that Carly said that Nina will lie about Nelle to Wiley because she is already lying about Nelle to her victims. Nina barely knew Nelle, as you stated, but she feels confident to tell those that she terrorized, that Nelle was a good person, but was in bad circumstances.

Does Diane know that Sonny may testify for Nina?
Will she be willing to go against Sonny for Michael and Carly?
This could be interesting.
Sonny glaring at Diane as she cross-examines Nina

PERFECT! CarnyQueen - you need to start writing for GH.

Sonny's thinking is kind of muddled right now so I can see him taking it very personally
Although a preview with Dante makes me think Sonny may not testify for Nina..

Whatever happens in the visitation hearing, I think something has to happen (speculation only) that makes Nina go off in spectacular fashion on Willow and Willow has to be pushed into declaring that Nina is a horrible woman who should never be near a child and would have been a horrible mother if she hadn't been a coma.
So far, Nina has been abusive and manipulative in her dealings with Willow, but she hasn't done anything that a sincere apology couldn't go a long way toward fixing. Something truly explosive has to happen between them so that Nina goes too far and Willow denounces her. Because when Nina realizes that Willow is her daughter, she has to come face to face with the fact that she blew her chances with her.
