How many times are we going to continue to see this? Like seriously do they not have anything better to do with this character. I'm beyond over the relapse storyline. Allow Brando and Sasha to be happy together for once.

Look at how many times Alexis has fallen off the wagon. So, yeah, this is the best that these writers can come up with for Sasha, which is a pity. There is more to soap operas then constant depressing drama. Where is the romance? The adventure? -
Sasha has SO much potential to do more than this. She is the rare character who isn't related to half the town, doesn't have a long string of failed relationships or scandals or complications in her past, hasn't yet done anything over the top terrible, hasn't killed anyone, kidnapped anyone, assaulted anyone, or stolen any kids. She's expressed and demonstrated genuine remorse for her role in deceiving Nina, Willow, and Michael, and has made amends and rebuilt those relationships on a foundation of honesty. She and Michael tried again, and then ended it respectfully and kindly, with no big drama. She's young, and now she's wealthy and famous. We know relatively little about her history or family.
The addiction was interesting the first time largely because of the Cyrus angle. And she and Brando have real potential - I like their bond and how sweet they are with each other. Gladys is a good foil for their relationship - annoying but also fiercely protective.
There are so many stories to tell with this character and couple, and I'm disappointed this is what we're getting. I want more for her and for Brando, both together and separately.Comment

I *hate* the stories they are giving Sasha - pretending to be Nina's daughter - drug addiction, loosing a child, pill addiction - it's worse than Carly started out...Comment

Am I missing something here? Sasha became addicted to drugs but eventually got sober. Since then, she has had one relapse. One. After tragically losing her newborn baby. Why are people acting like the character is constantly going in and out of rehab clinics?

Not "acting" like anything. What I said is I don't understand why the writers have to go back to her being addicted to drugs. It just makes me wonder if this going to continue being a repetitive theme with this character.Originally posted by varnish7 View PostComment

It will. Whenever the writers are at a loss as to what to with Sasha, they will have her relapse. Don't know about anyone else, but that is why I hate this story. I see it as the first of many for Sasha. -
It's not even an interesting relapse. Relapse stories usually come with a scandal - an affair or a fight, something. Harmony's death could have been something, but it went nowhere. Instead, we just get sad Sasha, quietly popping pills, not acting out or anything.

Maybe one day the writers will have Crimson doing things like the business they are suppose to be and have Sasha modeling like she was hired to do.Comment

I think they’re trying to keep Brando for reasons I don’t understand since to me he’s a non-entity meaning no offense to the actor. And the only way to do that is to stick him with Sasha.
The addictive story I didn’t like the first time and I like it even less this time but I think they’re trying to find something for her.
For me the best place for her is with Michael. The only spark I’ve seen in the acting for Michael has been with her, they had a tiny scene a long time ago and I thought oh there is some interest in Michael… Anyway Michael and Willow could use more of some thing. I know Nina being her mother is going to be something but I don’t know for me there is never been any energy in his pairing, and the original quad was where they should’ve kept it or gone back to. I know they’re not gonna do that but putting all their hopes on Michael and Willow was a huge mistake in my opinion.
